I haven't used that item yet so I'm not sure how it works but for most items like stalls you would stand at a different edge to get the item placed to face a certain direction.

Also, the wedding event is timelocked, so you can't visit that.

now would be the time i'd advise you to double check your island to make sure it didnt spawn somewhere else. because you've eliminated the building as a possibility, so thats the next most likely reason. you can also try to unblock a spot by removing a mannequin or smth, and TTing to see if it spawns in that spot

fruit gives you extra strength to break rocks like that and to dig up trees, if you want to remove the fruit you ate either sit on a toilet and they will go away or break rocks/dig up trees. The rocks will come back one each day in a new spot on your island

Should I restart my island?
When restarting, you will lose all of your DIYs and catalog. The start of the game is very tedious and people tend to forget this when resetting.
It is easier to remove everything and flatten your island.
Restart only if you don't like the position of your RS, airport, river ends, northern beach, etc.

I have a question, when a campsite visitor moves in and kicks out a villager, the villager is in boxes, right? Can a person still comes to pick up the kicked out villager? Or does it not count as them being in boxes?

You can find the communicator parts by digging where there are sink holes, like looking for clams
