you wont see villagers on a nookmile island unless you have an open plot, it doesnt affect campsite spawn rates

thats how you ask them, villagers from mystery islands you only have to talk to twice for them to ask. Campsite visitors take a long time before they ask to move in

the campsite visitor will show up on their own, you dont have to do anything to trigger it
