I synced my time with realtime, then saved and quit, and skipped forward 1 month to 1:00pm. Nobody asks to move out, so I skip forward 1 day to 1pm again. Nobody ever asks

So if you log in for the first time at 10 AM, then villager 1 will be crafting from 10 am - 1 pm, villager 2 from 1 pm - 4 pm, and villager 3 from 4 pm - 7 pm.

Generally trading in acnh is by dropping items when you visit the buyers/sellers island. So for example if I were to trade my bells for your nook miles ticket, you may come to my island. I would drop my bells, you would drop your nook miles ticket and we would exchange like that
