When you have an empty plot you can visit an island with a villager who's moving out and in boxes. Then you talk to them and invite them to move in to your island

Ah okay. We did have suspicions that issue was patched in this version but it was worth a shot. You're probably just experiencing poor RNG unfortunately -- I would just keep at it for awhile longer. There is only so much tt can do to speed up the process sadly.

I know that I don't really have any quests left since all I have to do is get my villagers to move out, as well as trying to 15 day method as well. Did I miss an update or something?
