any error code from 2049-2064 is typically a corrupted data issue. if you have an SD card, remove it and try downloading whatever it is you're downloading. if it works, your SD card has an issue

Moving it doesn't affect it, you need to have Ables built and have 200k bells worth of transactions, be it buying or selling, if I recall the criteria correctly!

It must have been 30 days since Nook’s Cranny was built. You must have made 200,000 worth of transactions (buying and/or selling) at the shop, and Mabel must have visited! Once all three requirements are fulfilled, the upgrade is unlocked.
