count your stuff. the hoard reward goal is kind of like cast master. it doesn't show your current item count, only your highest ever. so if you had 90 at some point and then dropped to 80, it will still show 90/100.

There's a lot of varying factors in the move-out process so giving you a number isn't really possible. Time wise, on average it takes 10 minutes - an hour.

i recommend pumpkins since you're guaranteed to be able to get them in a 2 week period of starting and you can roll your income from those into turnips or whatever else

and they're more space efficient than foreign fruit
