Not sure, it shouldn't reset, since its the same island, but if you're saying you are restarting your island, then yes, the Dream Address will restart, but if its the same island, it should be able to have any changes be made without any Dream Address changing.

I don’t think you can back up both islands to the same account if that’s what you’re asking. If you made another account and linked a Nintendo account to it then you could transfer the other world to that account, but if you just want both on your main account then I don’t think you can do that

You might be able to create another player on your island (make another account and start a new person) then you could have that person talk to the villager that’s moving out to try and change their minds. I cant seem to get the imperial fence DIY recipe. I really need it for my island and I remember redeeming and learning it before, but I dont have it and I can't redeem it from the Nook Stop so I don't know what happened. I have a question regarding villagers moving out. Today, I had Lucky have a thought bubble over his head. I spoke to him to check that it was about moving out, which it was. I quit the application halfway through him telling me, as I want the bubble to move to another villager tomorrow. But when I logged back in, he no longer had the bubble. What does this mean? you're probably doing it right, but the thing about the moveout method is that it's not really forcing villagers out. all it's really doing is speeding up RNG. just make sure you're looking around 12-2 pm, and you spend a bit of time looking for the bubble. just logging in and checking for the first villager you see won't be sufficient. you can also narrow your bubble pool by 1) telling a non-target villager "no, don't move out" and 2) keeping a second (different) non-target villager's house relocation kit in your pockets
