• Make sure you have at least 8 villagers.
• Put out lots of different furniture.
• Put out a lot of flowers. Put out way more than you think you need.
• Try to build bridges and inclines where you can, it'll help a lot with development points.
• Listen to Isabelle! If she talks about development or scenery, you need more development points (furniture, infrastructure, etc.). If she talks about the island's natural environment, you need more nature points (flowers, trees etc.).
