Gifted villagers have been given gifts or wear custom designs displayed on Able's back wall. They tend to be lower value than ungifted villagers, and they can never be ungifted, only have their gifts replaced. For custom design removal, see .t isabelle.

Ungifted villagers tend to be higher value, completely default villagers—they wear only default outfits and have an untouched house, as if they were found from an NMT island.

Yes, There's a chance it'll appear after the 15 day cool down but you can't assume all bubbles are moveout bubbles, just talk to them and if it's the moveout dialog just don't answer if it's a villager you don't want to moveout. That way the cooldown will be preserved.

It is easier to remove everything and flatten your island.

Yeah I believe you can have a pond attached to a waterfall, it requires a bit of configuring but it should work. If you toss your bobber in and it doesn't move, you have a pond. If you toss your bobber in and it moves, it's a river. Ponds need to be (roughly) 3x3 to spawn fish
