Turnip prices are semi random and follow a pattern, if you are unlucky that pattern can be a decreasing one, where the price only goes down... In that case, if you have access to online, try to find an other island with high prices

If you don't have online then your best bet is to see what the highest price before end of Saturday is and sell at your Nook's cranny.

My wife @exotic jackal and I use turnip.exchange to find a good selling place for a good entry fee before even buying turnips. That's the best way to do it. Don't buy turnips if you're not ready to turn around and sell them immediately for a hefty profit.

Without online you can't even get all fruits or different colors of a furniture btw. But it's up to you to decide. You can use sites like turnipprophet.io to try and predict your price. The prices follow a pattern, if you remember prices you can tt (forward only) to try and predict when your price could be the highest before this Saturday.

cool. yeah thats the error you get when too many people are trying to join at once, someone is also leaving that island at the same time, or people have their menu open on the island and arent closing it. multiple ways it can happen but you just have to keep searching again and eventually itll work.

Not sure if it's guaranteed but I have my weather seed and there is absolutely at least one meteor shower every month. Keep in mind that they're probably light ones, which is why you dont realize. Isabelle only announces heavy meteor showers
