My method is rivers- chop and dig up trees- and then flatten the cliffs in lines. Holding the l button down allows you to move in straight lines allowing you to demolish cliffs and fill in rivers without having to reposition as well which is nice.

If you went back to your proper time you would only need to go 15 days ahead for the bubble to start showing up again

Pretty sure they can only gift other villagers things if you do an errand for the gifter to give said item to the receiver. Only way to make sure is to just not do those kinds of requests. To answer your other question, you do have to complain to Isabelle for each and every item you want removed

Apples: just burry it and it'll grow into an apple tree
Coconuts: you'll need to make sure to plant it on sand. So you can either plant it on the beach or you to place sand on the ground using your island design tool (you'll get this later) before planting the coconut.
And people can help clear weeds. And if you're "best friends" on the game they can help chop trees, and dig up things

I have caught and donated all fish, as well as finished my last achievement stamp for catching 3000 fish. So I never have to hold a rod ever again and can enjoy Bunny Day!

You can place custom designs on the ground, or after hitting 3 stars and unlocking terraforming you can redeem different paths from the nook miles redemption. There's pros and cons to both. Custom designs can accidentally be knocked off the ground, and they're harder to place, but on the other hand the default paths don't have much variety

In my Nook Miles+, every day, I get x2 on the first 5 tasks. At some point, I started getting a x5 multiplier on the first task. It was systematic, every day. Then I didn't complete my 5 "first" tasks (I left a "x2" lingering), and my multipliers reverted to 5 "x2".

Tarantula island also only appears at night. Daisy Mae will send you bamboo shoots after you buy from her on 3 different days (100 total turnips) so that's another way to get bamboo

If you have three stars, you can unlock Resetti, who can clear your whole island of flowers (first time free of charge)

Please help I’m catching pond fish, why isn’t this counted as a river? It’s connected to the rest of the river?

This is a known issue some people experimented, but I don't personally have enough knowledge about the fish spawning mechanics to explain what it happens exactly.

• My first guess is that, as you don't seem to have any pond large enough on your island for fish to spawn in, the game may mess up with the spawn fish pools, making pond ones appear in rivers. Such issue can also happen when a pond is really close to a river, sometimes fishes appear at the wrong location. You can try to create a pond with at least 3x3 water cells (better 4x4 or 5x5) elsewhere, and see if the issue still happens when you fish where you current are.
• My second guess is that it has something to do with very specific bridges placed almost against waterfalls, that could make the game consider the top part as a pond somehow.

• What do I do with them? — Buy them from Daisy Mae on Sunday, then sell them at Nook's Cranny sometime during the week before the next Sunday.

• Why? — Your goal is to make a profit. That means you want to buy at a low price & sell at a higher price.

• What's a "low" price? — Daisy Mae's prices range from 90 to 110 bells per turnip, so a price in the 90s is on the lower side.

• How many should I buy? — As many as you want (limited by how many you can afford & carry), but I recommend buying just a few at first if you don't fully understand how it works yet.

• Where do I put them? — Turnips CANNOT be stored in your home inventory. You can put them on the floor in your house, on the ground outside, or bury them. You can stack them into "bundles" to save space.

• How do I know when the sell price will be high? — You don't! That's the gamble of the stalk market! There are 2 different sell prices at Nook's Cranny each day; it changes at 12pm (noon). You can predict your future prices using fanmade tools such as Turnip Prophet or AC-Turnip.

In my Nook Miles+, every day, I get x2 on the first 5 tasks. At some point, I started getting a x5 multiplier on the first task. It was systematic, every day. Then I didn't complete my 5 "first" tasks (I left a "x2" lingering), and my multipliers reverted to 5 "x2".

How do I get a x5 again?

It's basically a random chance whether you'll get a 5x daily Nook Miles task; though you would get those tasks that earn you 2x of those rewards every day (e.g. a task that normally earns you 200 points would earn you 400 points since it's multiplied to 2). The 5x tasks would earn you 1000 points if that task would normally earn you 200 for example.

Most people litter their island with mannequins with a custom design, because if you delete the design on it all mannequins disappear. You could also place custom designs on the ground. Rocks can only spawn on grass or dirt

Don't try to move out the newest villager (have to use the campsite for that), pick a villager you want to keep and get a house moving kit from Tom (having that in your inventory prevents them from getting the thought bubble). Besides that it's just RNG and can take a while. They also won't move a week before their birthday, but if you keep skipping ahead that shouldn't matter

You also need to have talked to the target villager at least once

I would expect you'd have gotten a bunch of bubbles by now though, just not necessarily on the right villager, so maybe read the guide again

Campsite villagers that randomly show up can only randomly replace any villager except the most recent move in as long as you already have 10 villagers. Otherwise you need to place an empty plot for them first. An amiibo villager overrides everything though, and you can choose who they move out including the last one on your island so long as you've talked to the villager you want moved out at least once. If they're in the campsite they can be asked to move in regardless of the day.

Resetti can clean up flowers (you can chose if you want to keep them in your storage or not), but not weeds.
Leif can do that though, but not within a specific area only, and it would require your island to have a minimal amount of weeds.

I know that the house part itself is 4x4 but the whole plot is 8x6, is there a minimum required spacing between those outer areas or can they be placed right next to each other?

The answer is very technical, it depends on where from you want to invite them exactly, and how many villagers currently live on your island:

If you already have 10 villagers:

• You can invite someone from the campsite, as they would then suggest to replace one randomly. By closing and restarting the game before ending this dialog, you can re-roll the villager they have chosen to replace, so ultimately, you're able to choose the one that would be replaced.
• However, you will not be able to invite another villager from another one's island, and none would appear on mystery islands. You will first need to accept one of your current villagers to leave to be able to invite a new one, as soon as the one leaving is in boxes.

If you have between 2-9 villagers:

• You are forced to place a new plot before being able to invite a campsite visitor (unless you currently have a free plot). Otherwise, they will just tell the village is full, and they won't suggest to replace anyone yet.

If you have between 6-9 villagers and don't want more to live on your island, but still want to replace someone:

• As of 6 villagers, villagers can start to randomly think about leaving. So if you really want to, you would be able to execute the move-out method to be able to invite another one without placing an extra plot, but this is quite time consuming.

**If you're about to place the 3 first plots (so you only have the 2 first villagers settled in): **

• You can invite 3 villagers from the mystery islands, they will be in queue to join your island before you place those plots. But this only works with the 3 first plots, afterward you will need a plot to be already available or a villager in boxes to be able to invite another one.

And you can't have more than 10 villagers living on your island, no matter what.

A blossom-viewing lantern requires 6 petals, so 140 petals will be enough to make 23 lanterns. If you aren’t sure how many lanterns would be enough for what you’re envisioning, the best thing to do is to keep collecting those petals. If you end up with leftovers you don’t need, you can always just sell them to the Nooklings or use them for trades in the material-trading channel

You can do it on other people's islands! In fact visiting or having guests over makes the tourney fee completely free! Basically you get your rod (and some fish bait if you so choose) talk to chip, he starts a timer, and you catch as many fish as you can in that time limit

I found out villagers are disabled from wearing LEGO clothing only after giving Huck this shirt. I want to get rid of it without having to gift bomb him all 24 pieces of clothing, and because he'll never wear it, Isabelle doesn't work.

1. Is there a consistent way to trigger the buy furniture interaction? Is it only when I get invited to their house?
2. What happens when you gift a duplicate piece of clothing? This LEGO shirt isn't the oldest, so I can't push it out one by one by age without trashing everything else before it. My thought is if I regift him the shirt and it pushes back up as the most recent gift while replacing the original, it'll be consistently displayed in the house the next day and I can just wish he invites me home.

If I'm missing a way to get rid of it please tell me. But ugh — I do know the easiest option would just to mail him an entire inventory of clothing

I don't think it is a glitch. I wish I could datamine it, but I'm pretty sure balloons re-determine their pool at the moment they change their spawning east/west side (so 6AM and 6PM), I guess it would make sense because the 6PM-6AM pattern would cross over a date in which those seasonal recipes aren't supposed to appear anymore (from midnight to 6AM on April 11), so to avoid that, they stop to spawn at 6PM on April 10. But that's just a guess.
During 5 hours, I should have get at least one cherry blossom DIY, I managed to pop around 35 balloons. At this stage I think it isn't bad luck.
Anyway, even if it is related to my question, I think this channel isn't the best place to talk further about it.

Yes, the Sakura season lasts from April 1st to April 10th, so sadly all the pink trees are gone. I'm unsure what happened to the steampunk dress however

You can upload the new leaf QR codes to the Nintendo switch nook link app still via downloaded images of said QR codes. It's kinda janky and finding said codes is difficult, but it still functions.

You gotta make sure you set up nook link to your current island though, or it won't upload them to the correct one.
