How many do you have currently? 6? In any case, if you already have the campsite, you can buy plots from Tom Nook and go to mystery islands, invite a villager from another player or wait for someone to appear at the campsite (or use an amiibo like you mentioned too). Just be aware that the plot is guaranteed to stay empty only for the day on which you place it! After that a random villager can move in

Hi, I’ve been using my nook miles tickets and Ive been inviting some villagers to my island (I know have 5) the thing is that I no longer see any new villagers when I go to new islands help 🥲

You MUST have an unsold, empty plot available to invite a villager from another player's island, or to find villagers on mystery islands (and you can only invite one villager from a mystery island per day). A villager in boxes, or a house with the "I moved out" sign is NOT an empty plot.

It's because when you do the first hit, a hidden timer starts running, and once it ends the rock drops no more items. The time frame to get all 8 is very short, so it's very hard to get all of the drops without the holes (or placed items etc.) behind you to eliminate the knockback from hitting the rock. When there is something behind you, you can just mash A and you should get all 8 drops :)

Oh, also, make sure to use a shovel and not an axe; axe hits take just slightly longer than shovel hits, so getting 8 items is more consistent with a shovel!

You can invite online friends and also download custom designs which can be shared to all residents of the island, but only your account can do online play with others. Your only restriction as a non rr is that you cannot progress the story or move buildings and add bridges and inclines

Yea. The game only wants the rr to rearrange the layout of the island. You’re only allowed to relocate your house. You can help terraform though when she unlocked that feature. You can add/remove cliffs, rivers, pond and waterfalls. Also, put default paths or custom designs

How to MAKE BELLS, the SIMPLE Way:

1. Play the stalk market: buy turnips at a low price and sell them high.
2. Dive and catch sea creatures to sell back to Nook's Cranny.
3. Grow stuff (fruits, flowers, pumpkins, etc) and sell to Nook's Cranny.
4. If you have NSO (Nintendo Switch Online), trade with other players by visiting the trade channels in this server and seeing where to sell your services or goods!

(to clarify it goes invalid when the host closes their island, there isn't a built-in time limit)

That would happen only if e.g. a communication error happens and the host needs to reopen their island, giving them a new code (which can be pretty common with lots of visitors on the island!)

I believe it's also possible for the host to close the gates even if there are still visitors on the island, that would just remove the ability for new visitors to enter the island completely

So what's the difference between a friend code and a dodo code?

Friend code is a permanent code tied to your general Switch profile that you use to add other users as friends on the Switch; it's not specific to Animal Crossing! And a dodo code is a temporary code that you can use at the airport to visit another player's island, and is valid for that session only. For another session, you have to set up a new dodo code (by choosing "I want visitors" at the airport) ^^

The dodo code's validity begins when you get it from Orville at the airport as the gates open, and ends when the gates are closed (by either manually closing them via Orville or the minus button, or by an interrupted internet connection!)

Very precisely. As you know, your villagers are "in boxes" as it's called the day they move in and the day they move out (this refers to that time when they're in their home and their furniture is all "in boxes" cuz they're either moving in and unpacking, or moving out and packing up)

Person 1 "the seller" needs to have the villager that's being traded "in boxes". Person 2 "the buyer" needs to have an EMPTY plot. Empty meaning YESTERDAY you had a person in boxes and now they're gone and the plot is back to unsold fence

One more thing you can do to increase your odds is take a non-target's moving kit from Tom Nook and keep it in your inventory until your target gets a moveout bubble

(which removes said non-target from the pool of villagers that can get bubbles)

For that purpose dream islands might be a good option ^^ they are a "replica" of an island, that you are free to explore at any time. There is an option to visit a random dream island! The difference to normal visits is that the island owner won't actually be there, and what you do on the island has no effect on the real island. :) Just sleep in a bed inside your home (once Resident Services has upgraded into a building), and you are good to go. The "Surprise me!" option gives you a random dream
The purpose of them is to be able to check out various islands just for fun or e.g. for inspiration for your own ^^

The problem is actually the house, even though it is on the cliff below it blocks rocks from spawning 4 tiles behind it ^^ this is in place so that rocks won't spawn in very hidden spots. You can move the house back once the rocks are there

It's just an unfortunately luck based process, just due to the nature of how the mechanic works internally. So it can sometimes take a long time

Yes that's correct, although transferring the bubble from the incorrect villager to the correct one is also up to random chance - it will transfer to a random villager who is able to move out, and the transfer in general isn't guaranteed either, there's a chance the bubble just disappears overnight instead of transferring to someone else. Even though the method above is essentially as optimized as it gets, all it really does is speeds up the process since you time travel instead of waiting for the days to change normally, making you roll for a bubble more often. There isn't really any way around the randomness of it all that's just the way the game works when it comes to moveout bubbles

When you scan a villager amiibo and do their requests 3 times, they will ask to move in. You can then choose who you want to kick out. If the amiibo moves out you can scan them in again. Amiibos have infinite use

There's lots of variables on why a villager won't move out but it can take several hours. Some folk get lucky with who they want to move out but otherwise it could take all day or days

The set up takes 10 minutes, but the constant loading and restarting adds up. It also depends on how many targets do you want to move out, the last time someone moved in, if you have someone's housing kit, how many villagers do you have

The odds are random after 30 game days so they can be that low. Having 2 targets out of 9 is even lower odds. Make sure you have the housing kit of a villager you want to keep to make it 2 out of 8 odds. Avoid KK days and event days. If any villager runs at you with an ! you should go to the next day since it counts as a villager interaction so nobody will think of moving out.

You can always restart the Move Out Method ie
Save, close game, move the date forward 1 month, open game, look for thought bubbles, Save, go day by day (avoiding KK and event days). You can also talk to every villager just to make sure

Try not to spend too much time looking for villagers, I'd only search for a few minutes around the plaza and around the target's house and if no bubble, move on. You can also trap the targets' by putting fences/furniture around their houses so they'll be easier to find

You can go to nmt islands and hit the rocks there to get more iron if you want to get the iron as fast as possible, otherwise you'll have to hit the rocks on your island every day and hope you'll get as much iron as possible out of them. If you got switch online you could also ask other players for help

Yep, that'd be why then! Just looked it up and confirmed...looks like you'll only have 2 colors of 3 types of flower until upgraded. Then you get 3 colors of 3 types of flowers after that. Nooks Cranny will always sell native flower seeds, sister flower seeds, and 1 random flower seed that is currently in season, which rotates daily

Here are various https://yuexr.github.io/acnh/garden_layouts ^^ I would personally recommend just using isolated pairs with in-game dirt path under them to easier differentiate what is a new flowers and what is a parent. A pretty space efficient way of placing them would e.g. be the one below, with black ones being fences or stone path or anything that makes the tile not grow plants; in that formation they are pretty compact but do not share any empty adjacent spaces, meaning you always know which offspring is from which parents. I'd also recommend having some way to track what pairs are from which step, e.g. with some simple custom design on the ground with a number or something on it, or some other way you like ^^

You will need a few materials for some other quests and also for any items you'd want to craft.
Going to nmt islands or to another players helps speed up the process but all resources can be found on your island and they refresh each day (reason why trading is just a big part of the game)

Yep, the 1st island I made, I did it completely solo and it was tons of fun. I erased it and started a 2nd island with some trading between others and that is fun too. If anything, trading with other folks makes the game Too easy haha

How to upgrade Resident Services into a building
• You need at least 5 villagers to be fully moved onto your island.
• Unlock the museum (can either be the tent or the upgraded building).

Nothing major, most things are just cosmetic like roaches or weeds (but these can easily be fixed). The most notable consequence is with turnips — backward time travel will cause your turnips to spoil and it will also change the turnip price pattern for the week. Also villagers plots may autofill if you have villagers moving out during that time. Okay so I'm trying to move out Klaus, but the thought bubble is on Molly. How do I move it to him?? I made sure it's a moving bubble and haven't talked to Molly. Last time I tried to move the bubble tho it just vanished

Your best bet is to just ignore Molly and time travel to/wait for the next day. It's not guaranteed who it transfers to or if it even transfers at all, it might just disappear like what happened to you last time, but that's the only way to transfer bubbles so you just gotta hope for the best 🍀

To prolong that villager stay time travel back to 6am same day. They can still wander around your island until you’re ready to put them in boxes. Just do that again tomorrow. You can keep them for as long as you need. Make sure you don’t have turnips or they will spoil

I've seen that for an example, nooklink displays your villagers in the passport by the date they moved in, my oldest villager IS tangy and newest tia soo

Ungifted- You have given the villager nothing, just talked, no deliveries to the villager or anything
Lightly gifted- You have given about 1-3 things to them, be it deliveries or things
Gifted/heavily gifted- you've given Them lots of things, lots of deliveries

Like items and clothes usually, fruit they just eat and it doesn't affect them

That doesn't actually make a difference ^^ critters are just as common at any point in their seasonality period. Tarantulas do not mind winter even if it won't really make sense. It's just that they are a very rare spawn, which is why you're not seeing any. (Their spawnrate was significantly lowered in an update a few years back, and farming them without an actual tarantula island hasn't really been possible since then)

Hi! I'm new to this game but I've seen islands with lots of different fruits. I have apples. I've tried to travel with my nook miles ticket to different islands but all of them have apples too. Where can I find different fruits?

You can find one other random fruit on specific nook miles ticket islands (called your sister fruit)! Your mom also mails you a fruit at the very beginning, and it only has a chance of being something else than your native/sister fruit, meaning depending on your luck, you'll only get 2-3 fruit by yourself, ever. Which is unfortunate. You'd need to get the rest from other players

The newest will never ask to move out! So you'll have to wait until someone else moves in to evict her, unless you'll replace her with a campsite visitor.
And for your second question: when you see a thought bubble on a non-target, just ignore it, do not talk to them. If you see one on your target, talk to them and hope it's a moveout bubble. That's really the extent of it ^^
One more thing you can do to increase your odds is take a non-target's moving kit from Tom Nook and keep it in your inventory until your target gets a moveout bubble (which removes said non-target from the pool of villagers that can get bubbles)
It's a very luck based mechanic, and there isn't really any way around that. Just gotta get lucky 🍀

Villagers #1 and #2, the ones that arrive on the island with you, will be "Sisterly" and "Jock". The next 3 (the ones you'll have to craft furniture for) will be Lazy, Normal, and Peppy

Well luckily, you're not stuck with him forever. They will start saying they want to move out sporadically (after you get all 10 spaces filled up on your island, I believe) I will say you may find yourself in a situation where because you want that one to leave, the "telepathic sensors" in your Switch will know that and that villager will never ask 😄 but it will happen

The odds are very low to find someone specific on a mystery island, the highest they go is IIRC around 0.4%. Trading is a lot less time consuming, but some people enjoy hunting better

Tops, dresses, hats (not ones with the helmet icon), and most glasses; e.g. something like beards won't be worn, I don't think there is any easy rule to which glasses-items are wearable and what aren't

But regular glasses should generally be wearable I think

It's not necessary to have one of each type, you can have all of one personality if you really want! You'll miss out on learning some reactions since some of them are locked to being taught by certain personality types, but they aren't required for anything.
