I did a 14 day full sim vs 14 day empty sim.
Technically its a tie, Full sim wins the tie breaker for being quicker. (as soon it hits 14 days and 10 seconds, you are done and can reset instead of having not started the sim yet with empty)

A good tip is to be active in all the simulations at once. Beyond, Meso, exploration events, and the main one. Also keep resetting the simulation from time to time. I did a reboot the other day and I finally got to level 72 after being stuck at 71 for months
