So it looks like Vulture (#74) has been majorly nerfed. Actually, that's a little misleading - it's been returned to what it used to be. Ever since 41.90 last November, it cost 8.74e108 and gave Neoaves x2.05 (and required level 99, so you might not have seen it). Then with 43.63 in early February, it went to level 74 and exploded to costing 1e148, but gave x1e14! Took awhile to get, but really helped with finishing Mollusks. Now it's back where it was - easier to get, but has almost no noticeable effect. The question is: will the same thing happen to Eagles???

From my going around, it is a common bug if you playing a save from the beta and bring it to release version. It causes it so that you aren't able to claim the rewards for upgrading the universe and you get stuck.

It's currently not possible with normal gameplay. I guess some cheaters have it by ... cheating.

For now it's just a pie in the sky to slowly work towards. But it needs a major game update with better generators to make it obtainable.
