Originally the leaderboard was bright blue and little bottles of science points flew out with every generator and research purchase. So to appeal to both multiplayer fans and more casual players, we kept it on screen but dimmed the color and put less emphasis on it

The narrative in AI event seems pretty solid so far. Though not much name dropping of people and programmers for earlier AI. Is the lovesick program referring to Racter, and if not I think Racter could be another milestone. I used to have the book "the policeman beard is half-constructed".
