I’m planning to do under a minute on pc using an emulator with keymapping

I can do mobile -> singularity in just under 2 min post reboot. It requires a bit of luck with the nanobots buying the right stuff.
Strategy is to buy from the tree guiding the bots up the correct part of the path toward ideas & using the max buy to get the generators maxed out when you pass buy them. I also purchase some of the upgrades manually but seem to have to click 3 times to guarantee it registers.
Once I get to ideas unlocked, it's click on the generator tab, and grab the generator then back to the upgrade tab and use two - three fingers to click on all of the upgrades. As soon as the generator count goes up, back to that tab, grab the generator and repeat. A slow run will be 2:15-2:20. A fast run will be 1:50-1:55.

Took a bunch of practice, but for a while, constant rebooting was the dominant strategy.

In the previous release there was a bug where you went from level 69->71 in a single advancement. Most likely they had just left it out so it cost 0 XP to do level 70.
In the recent release (Beyond Ep 29), they fixed it, so it costs around as much to go 69->70 as it used to to go 69->71. They then would have two choices: a) demote everyone that is currently level 71 but only has the XP for 70. b) keep people at level 71, but have them go for the new level 71. They chose (b), and since all the XP needed was adjusted for 72 and futher, they chose the same approach there. Net effect everyone 71+ is now much further away from advancing.

For the upgrades, to fully max out one that goes to 30 would cost 465. The higher levels toward 30 are definitely not worth unless you have nothing else to spend your dw on.

Using autoclicker can be resources consuming so it's probably just that, your device is struggling if the autoclicker is set too fast

It is a bug with sound channels. Let's say the game can play 16 sounds at the same time. The first sound playing is the music track. Then when a new sound effect plays it gets a new channel. When all 16 channels are already playing sounds, the oldest sound is being pushed away and replaced by the new sound. Autoclicking makes a lot of new sounds in a short time. So all the simultaneous click sounds push out the music track.

A solution is to have a reserved channel for the background music, that never gets pushed away by game sounds.
