@simple oak i'm not an expert but i'd say keener's missile is smaller than a short range ballistic missile

I went kinda nerdy with it, but the platform the missile is on (the brick platform) is approx 8 x 8 meters (that's from it being 40 bricks across and a standard red brick in the US is about 20 cm = 8 meters). Cut a bit from that, you get 7 meters.
Quick searches finds SRBM's that has a range of about 500km at that size - which would be enough to hit Washington from Liberty Island. I know ANNA says "Target locked: Manhattan", but that could just aswell be BS.
In any case, speculation, but why are the BT there for Keener specifically?

It should fire in the exact opposite direction to go for Washington - but story DLC is supposedly taking us to NYC again, so maybe they're hiding there somewhere. In any case, was a bit of speculation.

With my experience with two straps, I’d recommend trying to make that holster a single strap that sits much higher.

That’s where I cut out my bottom buckle and tossed the top with the belt loops section. Holds way better when moving, much much better when kneeling and has better hand position when drawing
