the points you get can make stuff easier, and the "thing: is regulus an exotic, which takes a few weeks to get but can be cut down to 2 weeks if you have multiple characters

Ok, this is probably the first and only time I will ever ask this. It's been extremely confusing for me as I constantly get yes and no thrown around with no evidence. With a valid source of proof and all bullshit out the window, does the eagle bearer get added to your loot pool for increased drop rate of randomized drops, targeted loot, exotic caches and the raid it came from itself?

Eagle Bearer is an Exotic Assault Rifle in Tom Clancy's The Division 2.

Also make sure you are in the correct world tier (highest you can do cap is 5)

Ah, well Keener which is the main WoNY storyline is a Manhunt.

And yeah, you want to do that first, anything else is kinda irrelevant until you're lvl 40 and have completed the Keener manhunt, which will grant you access to the real endgame and most of the current content.

There's no "real" cap as the max expertise level will always be determined by the amount of items in the game. Right now it's somewhere around 20/21. People actually reported different max levels with all items being proficient, which is probably a bug, though.

Unless they changed it this season, you need to get it first for it to go into your general loot pool, otherwise it will not have a chance to drop anywhere. You get the mask once you reach level 90 in the season track.

Actually, yeah. The Known Issues thread in the forum says "All three new exotics are dropping in the loot pool.", which I suppose they shouldn't. So, technically, you should be able to farm for it even if you didn't have one yet - at least until they fix it. Guess it's just bad RNG if you haven't gotten one yet

the common recommendation is to save up your early sidequest up till you reach the point later on where you will have done all your current main missions but arent at the level yet to do your next mission. then you use the side missions to fill up the gap, but also dont worry about it too much as even if you "waste" them by doing them early, there are plenty of ways to gain xp to make up for it.

Not really,crafting is not big here. Mats are for donation mostly. You play activities to get random loot until you get the piece you're looking for with a 75% of the best roll (say, one max roll attribute, another high roll attribute, one shitty attribute), then you recalibrate one out the shitty attributes or the specialization,and finally optimize the high roll attribute to max. That's how you get the best piece. Start playing activities that target the brand you want.

Np, no need to chase god rolls though. Some people are in the minmax endgame but truth is the game is super fun all by itself, and there's such a large variety of weapons and skills and gear pieces that I'd start trying them out and seeing which one feel better to you. Once you get a feel for the differentkind of pieces, you can take the ones you find fun and start working on your build.

IIRC it's locked (mainly) to CPs at Lvl 3 or 4.
So in this case, go for Control Points as Challenging or Heroic and start farming.

There's a full list of all available Blueprints in div2 at the Crafting Table (+location of where to get them) if you're confused.

Finish the projects. Get Regulus project.

Do raid again on a fresh run after the reset. Each boss will drop a piece, be sure to collect the keys throughout as you’ll need to open the chest at the end for the final piece.

the shd level is account wide, but points spent are per character, so yeah once you do run wony and get the watch, that new character will have new points to spend
one thing to keep in mind though is that at shd 1000, 800 points are locked to the other 4 subcategories, and cant be freely spent on scavenging

and for it to be worth your time, you want to be atleast lvl 1k-ish, so for those 2-3hours work you get 200 points atleast

and from then on also whenever you lvl one, that lvl carries over to all your alts, so you get to spend 2 or 3 or 4

and once you spend all the points, if you delete the character, it opens a slot up again, where you can redo wony and get the points again,

fog of war: map will not show position of loot and enemies, very easy to combat with plus it helps you practice your spacial awareness

ragers: depending on how far away an enemy has been killed, nearby enemies will receive a building buff of extra health. for example: if 2 enemies are killed very nearby 1 other ai, that 1 ai will receive 50% to the extra health buff per enemy. very easy to understand, doesn't make enemies too hard.

hard to earn: armour kits can only be earned from filling up the signature weapon stack. in other words, enough kills will earn you a plate. armour kit boxes are however disabled.

special ammo: certain enemies of a certain faction will have special ammo. hyenas will have disorientation rounds with can really mess you up if not careful. outcasts and cleaners will have incendiary rounds so be aware how much armour you have before running up on them. true sons will have high velocity rounds which will cause bleeding. and the black tusk will have disruptive rounds which will disable your ability to use SHD skills for the duration of the debuff. as for the rikers, i can't remember what form of ammo they'll have but i'm gonna say high velocity since their armoury is pretty much stolen from the police force and military.

these four are very easy to get the hang of and are highly suggested. there is a few more but you can just read through em and make your choice. 👍

Not sure if everyone is already aware of this, but: at the moment, it appears that gaining proficiency ranks by playing with gear instead of donating gives double the progression to global expertise levels (just been testing it and it does appear to be true). This means that by donating, you're effectively reducing the maximum expertise level you can reach (and therefore the amount by which you can upgrade stuff)

what you do get from countdown is the ability to buy named caches at the countdown vendor for the coins you get in the mode. those can contain any of the named items, dz and lz

You are doing the xp farm, not the loot farm. To do the loot farm you have to go back to lobby after killing the boss. And make sure not to kill all the enemy’s just focus boss when he comes out

Unlucky - I'd suggest more countdowns and make sure you loot the hunters as they're much more likely to drop named items

for the next time, if its just div 2 that freezes and not your whole pc, press ctrl shift esc to brin up taskbar, and then alt tab to swap to it, there you can end the div2 process and get it to drop you to desktop

I've noticed as I progress that some areas of DC are getting worse. The Castle gets destroyed and parts of DC are now burned out. Would be nice to see more positive progress. Settlements growing larger. Maybe a Control Point becomes a Settlement. Maybe raid team missions that are protecting a motorized convoy of building supplies.

I looked it up dose this sound correct? Staff Sergeant Carl Wade will drop the Pistol: Sight & Rail at the end of the Viewpoint Museum mission on Hard, which can be found in Federal Triangle. Finally, Master Sergeant Steve "Junior" Quiroz will drop the Pistol: Grip & Tags, along with the Kendra's Liberty Blueprint.
