No. The "Exotic pool" just refers to any Exotic that is farmable in the regular game.
That includes all of them, except for ones that have a special requirement, such as Bighorn, the raid ones, Projects that are unfinished.
e.g. once you obtain the blueprint of a Project Exotic, it gets added to your "pool".

to continue the Project, you need to collect 5 total pieces from the Chests that spawn every 3 floors.
each part spawns in a separate range of 20 floors (01-20, 21-40, etc.)

You can't really "change" the Manhunt target, but you can go and do the fight against Lau right now if you've unlocked it via the Season Pass.
As long as you're above the high 60's in the Pass, it should be unlocked.
Go to Camp White Oak, and hold G (on PC) a few times until it says "Manhunt" and the text is in yellow.

Yes the in game info tells you that. But if your playing in PC and know how to use the Resource Monitor it will tell you which game server IP the division 2 connecting at with that IP you can locate where is that server.
The in game network information is giving us a false information.

Exotics usually have better talents but there are shit exotics as well doesn’t mean you should delete them because you can upgrade them at a later point but if you have better gear just keep them in your stash

for this event, I find playing in groups generally far easier than solo (more enemies to hit with explosive radius, and more teammates to split damage & keep landing hits)

So when you reload from empty, you take the old mag out, and put in a new mag, then you charge your weapon. When you charge your weapon (pull back the slide on a pistol, rack the charging handle on assault rifles, ect) you put one round from the mag into the chamber, meaning it is ready to fire, but you have one less round in the magazine. You can reload again to get a full magazine, and keep the single bullet in the chamber.
Some weapons dont have the mag + chamber interaction, like open bolt LMG and revolvers, though.
Ubisoft does the mag+chamber pretty often, actually, now that i think about it.

Don’t keep anything level 30 unless you can recalibrate it to level 40 at some point.

Div2 has quite a "realism" thing going a lot of the time. It's like how the game takes the time to show us removing the plating of our "armour", rather than just strapping on new ones.
There are plenty of liberties taken of course, but the little touches really does bring the game to life.

For the specialization weapon kills use the grenade launcher and 4 piece tip of spear including chest + backpack
Run around doing activities, in particular resource convoys, public execution or territory control

When you get to the room where you have to collect keeners supplies you can just run around with a shield and shotgun, knock ‘em and kill them

The loadout will know (it puts a stash icon over their image when you view the loadout) and it will only equip those items if you equip the loadout while in a safehouse or somewhere the stash is available
Also any gear mods in the stashed items won't be available to other loadouts, so watch for those

The exotics you can craft are more of a one time craft thing. I’m not sure about all of them but you can go back and redo blueprints to get another, but once you unlock the blueprint it’s added to your targeted loot so that is a way for you to gift your friends the exotic

I'd honestly suggest making the push to 4 though, the Named Enemies are very nice for Projects/farming
besides, most builds only count as "good" if they can handle CP4, aka: Heroic.

if you go to season menu, you may have to scroll to the left towards the beginning (mine keeps opening at the halfway mark this season) and find the "termite league" and you'll see challenges in there that you are passively completing.
currently there is the second week of the league active, as well as the hollywood GE (if you choose to have to turned on)

OOF, sorry mate. if I remember correctly that district doesn't have a lot of spawn locations for bounties, could try cancelling/restarting it a few times to see if it changes location back to that one.

Foundry chest and bag are raid exclusive but can be crafted once you finish a raid project
Foundry stuff comes more often with blue attributes, rarer to find yellow attributes and red attributes on them

Just get a bog standard DPS build. 3pc providence, coyote's mask, fox's prayer, 1pc grupo, a rifle of your choice and vigilance/obliterate, then tell your raid team that you are new and need the mechanics explained

Its gonna be a DPS build, they dont come with armor. You wont have much armor, but you dont really need it in raids, you need damage.

@narrow matrix adds are easier than gens, you only have two adds to kill per cycle - use foam to stick them in place and pop one in the head with the regulous or a rifle if you havent done iron horse yet
