quick question, think i read stuff about the TDI "Kard" Custom pistol and the +1 skill tier about having to have the pistol out to benefit from that +1 skill tier but think there are people say you get it even if you don't have the pistol out. Any clarification on this?

yeah just did. while standing inside the base you get the bonus since you only have your pistol in your hand at the time, went to the firing range and equipped my primary and saw the skill tier drop to 5

yup. The main use for it I've seen is for when running a revive hive in a group, if a teammate goes down you can switch to gain an extra hive charge, throw it out, then pick it up again and still have a charge left for yourself

but I think you have to keep the pistol out until you can pick the hive up again, which can be a downside

or if you have time to spare you can run a mission on challenging with non or 1-2 directives on and get 1 watch level that way

example is trying to get the best time in the federal bunker mission on hard that ranks you up 1 watch level so if you fail to complete it in the best time you'll still get at least 3 spec points and a watch level

Skill eficiency almost like Weapon handling which affecting your weapon reload, accuracy, and stability

To clarify, WH (weapon handling) gives you Accuracy, Stability, Reload, and Swap Speed.
1% in WH gives you 1% in each of the 4 stats. It's a very, very nice stat to have once you've got your crit or HSD sorted out.

for what it's worth, I've never had items deleted in div1 or 2, and that's even when my div1 account was literally stolen.
Are you sure that the game "deleted" it, or did you accidentally mark it as junk or similar?

There's a dozen and 2 explanations for this, but in all my time in div1 and 2 (not a small amount) I have never had an item "vanish" without me knowing I was dumb at one point.

it is, if you have your mouse on one item but your keyboard is selecting another you can accidentally mark the wrong item

I am just saying that if you use AR dont use contractor -> sont mix armor and health dmg in one build. It is better to spec in one type of dmg + OOC and pick enemies in group play. In solo play go for rifle with max crits + ooc or ar health + ooc

I'm currently trying to beat the Manhunt version of Cony Island on Heroic with all directives to get the Hunter mask, but keep eating shit at the Hunter because he keeps using armor kits. I've tried Scorpio, I've tried Nemesis, I've tried shock rounds, you name it. Any advice?

I can get through just fine-ish until the Hunter, then he gets to half armor repeatedly and armor kits.

I have a question about the rewards tracker. There are usually two items you can acquire for each level, but sometimes just one. However, I'm not receiving any of the rewards on the bottom of the level line. I don't remember last season and how it worked that was too long ago, but I don't recall missing half the rewards.

and final time will bring you to 15/15% and cost 15 SHD again
