^^ here to report back it's not a bug. It's something goofy with how the holster works

The damage you take while doing c2c is also applied to the healing you get while you're running. So if you take damage, do a quick c2c for repairs, the next 10s will heal you because the damage you took is also applied as healing. So, if you just c2c spam, it gives the illusion it heals for so much more

You're getting the 5% armor per 1m (3 feet) ran, and also the damage you took is being healed over the next 10s. Goofy but cool

Here I thought all the healing was 5% 😂

Also, fun side note: the healing seems to Regen almost like Clutch does, or like how preservation works as well.
