There are a ton of random locations. You can relog and keep going to the same spawn point. Lootcifer will likely have him at whatever point you try pretty quickly.

Ninjabike Bag is something of a "newb trap", as it takes up a slot that has some of the strongest Talent options ingame.

If you want the triple stats, Memento is the way to go.

Countdown's Exotic Drop Rate is pretty awful, make sure you're buying the Exotic Caches between each couple of runs from the Laptop Vendor at the White House (BoO), it's just near the Seasons people, to the left if you're facing them.

How TL (targeted loot) works in div2, is that each time it spawns, it's counted as an extra loot drop on top of what you'd already get.
To increase the drop chance, you need to add Directives. Unfortunately, Countdown can't add Directives, but is still recommended overall as the sheer quantity of loot you get can drown that out.

If you just want a bunch of Exotics without having to run more Countdown, you can get totally random ones via "Priority Objectives: exotic reward" in the same menu where the Anniversary Pass is linked.

I learned something very silly last night. So i swapped emmlines with the mop. It turns out anything you damaged with the mop gives 10% armor. Not just the things you kill.

Further more even if you didn't kill it as long as you did damage it. You still get 10% armor on kill

Putting in sync on it Is actually pretty broken with striker memento capacitor. It takes 3 shots to kill an elite solo. With the event it takes 1. And I'm regening so much armor I was able to comftably facetank the 3 legendary minigun elites in tidal. Its still very weird using a short range shotgun. But it's massively outweighed by just how helpful it is.

Technically heroic all directives hotshot build farming the checkpoint that’s in the area with capital building but it’s the one that’s across from the safe house. Just farm that and u get like 6 levels every run if u hit your headshots. But technically that’s not even the fastest their another method that’s 10 levels per clear and it’s like 2mins if u have the right build. It’s bond bank but it’s technically a exploit so can’t explain how to do it

Hello everyone I just reached level 40 and I got my striker gear set working on getting my gunner unlocked and weapons I have a question I’m following a YouTube guide an it’s to max out critical chance and damage by having those at the attributes my question is to get critical hit chance and damage on every gear piece, get weapon damage on every weapon do I need to farm gear and weapons then deconstruct those attributes in my library then add them onto my main gear ? brand defines if the main roll of the gear will be armor, weapon damage, or skill tier

the secondary rolls are random but weighted to be similar to the same color as the core

so while you will never have a 511 brand with naturally weapon damage as the main stat, the secondary rolls can be of any color

so filling the library so you can freely change one roll to fit the build is a good idea

striker uses naturally red core so getting WD and crits isnt that hard

important note is that crit chance is capped at 60%

I think at the beginning bounties should be the best way. But you shouldn't try to get e-credit rich from bounties. Just keep playing and level up your watch, then use scavenging points for money whenever you need it.

as you level up, stuff becomes weaker if not the same level as your world/character

You're gonna lose so much by using "outdated" gear, just like anything else

This "bug" has been in the game for years now, the fact that it hasn't been patched yet despite extensive use by the community, I mean... people are free to call it an exploit if they want, the devs seem to imply that the features are working as intended, and if that's the case, then it's not an exploit by definition of the word. Because that would imply a flaw in the system being used maliciously. Which in this case it's not.

the modifiers? you run one of hte more recent manhunts will give you (supposedly) all the passive and active modifiers that was running when they were the active season

if you were playing last season with the True Sons Companions that was the modifier for last season which you can run the Manhunt Iron Horse raid (forget what they named it)

potomac event center manhunt was another modifier, probably a fun one in some fashion i forget which modifiers was tied to what manhunts honestly

Well they contain apparel items, depends on if you are interested in those or not. If you get duplicates you get textiles instead - those can be spent on a secret vendor for some really decent caches

like for example: right now you can buy the full Striker Outfit from the store for just Textiles, normally it costs the Premium Currency.

Hey all. I've got a few questions.

What is the drop rate for ouroboros? Does it only drop from the box or from boss aswell? As I've ran it on 3 different toons and still havn't gotten it.

Also can I run it again with the same toon and the cache will always be available or does it only reset once a week (tuesdays)?

Then last night I did my first DH raid and Eagle bearer dropped. Is there any point to do it again? Cause I did IH aswell and need to do it 2 more times for the materials for the project.

If you run enough retaliations you will have enough exotic components/exotic dupes to do what you want. I have like 3-4 copies of each exotic thats farmable in my stash. The extras I check if stats are better and dismantle the 4th copy if it has the worst stats.

And gear sets. Depends if you wanna donate for proficiency or not. But then again. Just equip.it and run countdown to level it up. I just always check if its nearly maxed/good rolls I put it in stash. Else deconstrucg

That much is true, and I agree. I personally just find running the same old Lexington/M4 with killer/measured/strained is so boring. I use the AK/MK16 frequently and find it still performs, you just need to be at distance and put yourself in a position not to take damage (burst DPS will be lower taking low rpm weapons obviously)

Part of the problem in waiting for a group member to revive you, especially on higher difficulties like Legendary, you don't know if they're gonna be stupid and res you at the worst possible time. And if they're not dumb, they won't if you're in a really bad spot. So they're effectively down a player for a good chunk of time until they clear the area or finish that section of the mission.

As long as you're confident in youe plays and you know how to dance with the AI, you'll be fine. Revive Hive is just a free get out of jail card and isn't necessary.

Though I will admit, Legendary can be a pain in the ass with all the bullshit that gets tossed your way, like the explosive spam.
