You are doing the Raid on Discovery mode (as it mentions in your picture)

The keys and the door in the end that opens for the cache (where you have a chance to get EB) are not in Discovery mode.

You need to the raid on normal mode

Yeah thats how I did mine. Start Heroic bounty, kill 3 named enemies, die to ads, restart bounty, this time kill everyone. Completed both bounty and project.

Did this for all factions except the Black Tusk. For those, I just killed the robot hounds from the Houndsman bounty I got saved up 😂

1. idk what you mean, I'd probably do countdown for Named Items because the hunters will drop them at the end
2. you can do boss floors, like floor 10 farming, but you need to keep one enemy alive, so it doesn't count as finished
3. no you can't, but your current progress saves, after clearing 100, you'll go back to 1 again
4. it sets you to the highest floor available in a group, if your friend has floor 30 and you open your floor 50, they will be on 50 as well

That's a seperate directive called "Broken armour" which reduces the total armour each time it breaks you have to repair your armour with an armour kit to get rid of it

for Anderson, it's worth having memento and a couple of blue cores so you can tank a bit of damage while you're running around doing the objectives, you don't want to waste time killing enemies until the task in each area is complete

the most recent ones are still brute forceable with striker but require very thoughtful positioning and strategy to not get overwhelmed

most just use pfe builds or similar to have an easier time

My take as a new player is skill builds are discouraged heavily in solo play. Those pulse generators are just extreme prejudice

have your weapon selected. on PC we hit M to go to the tinkerering menu where we'll have the choice of recalibrating the weapons core and 2 minor attributes along with it's talent. then same place we'll be able to optimize the other attributes, core and first minor attribute. then the 3rd attribute if it needs any optimizing since you didn't have it maxed when you recalibrated it

skills goes up in tiers based on your gears main cores. every gear has a main core that always goes on it, then 2 random attributes, chest and backpack a talent is also random

your icon shows Playstation, so i don't know the buttons to press for tinkering

2 gears comes to mind for increasing the skill tiers without using up the cores is Palisade and Brazos de arcabuz

technician spec gives 1 skill tier as long as you upgraded it for it to use that

you just have to remember you can only recalibrate 1 thing on your gear/weapon which you can always change, the other stuff you can optimize to however much you have in your library currently. if you're at 14.9% weapon damage on a weapon or gear then you can only optimize to that amount until you find a 15% to extract into your library, which then you can finally optimize to 15%

Proficiency is probably what you're thinking of. You need to get a thing to "10" Proficiency before you can start adding Expertise to it.

e.g. all Fox's Prayer Knees share proficiency, but each individual one doesn't share Expertise.

If it makes you feel better: adding Expertise is basically useless on gear anyway, since it scales based off the starting armour, not what you can get via blue/yellow cores, and other stats.

IIRC a full set of 6 armour pieces, at 30 Expertise, is the same as having a single blue core.

I understand leveling weapons/gear to level 10 makes me proficient in the item, at which you can upgrade slowly over time. How do I boost my Expertise? Become proficient in other weapons/gear?

Inaya doesn't sell the blueprint because the reconfigure blueprint is currently tied as a reward exclusive to last season. It's likely an unintended bug, as ODogs got their blueprint but Shroud did not. There's a chance the devs are already aware of this and might have a fix for us for the future. They're known to mass fix stuff when they aren't dealing with other event stuff going on

Same way global events work with the stars, playing the event and doing the projects and missions gave you stars. You could purchase specific season content caches. Sys was part of season 1 but we didn't have the crafting BP's we do now that we did back then (sys is how I remembered the event)

They're fine, for fast clears on lower difficulty content. Above Heroic, they have little use. Even on heroic, they are far behind other pieces of gear.

The build compendium we have in the #td2-build-advice section here has all the best builds compiled into one spreadsheet, maintained by some of the best minds Division 2 has to offer.

Not one of them lists Turmoil.

They work great during events like Golden bullet. I've been having alot of fun with them recently.

They're not an everyday item unless your build already has enough single target damage to not keep enemies alive for too long.

Health damage is innate on Assault Rifles. It can'#t be changed

long long long time ago there was a Trifecta build. fox's prayer knee pads, contractor's gloves and Hollowman Mask you'd have to have in every one of your highend builds to do sheer damage, but devs nerfed it so Hollowman is now useless

very strange bug in retaliation today. cleared the CP, initiated take over. 1 minute passed nothing, no enemy around. a message "prepare for counterattack" again nothing. instantly died, i dont know how. but no damage for sure. retaliation ended. in the safe house get the message "defend the cp" and then "enemy leader detected" long after retaliation is done

despite us not allowed to leave the area. the NPCS can apparently and things still happen in the world that can grab their attention

game is a live service game. so if your internet or theirs are horrible you'll get things like this where you get messages long after an event

it's all rng, but yes it's a rare drop. Most of the time the double red attributes I get for lengmo gear is crit chance and weapon handling

in this case select seeker mine hit F on PC to mod skill, then find the Drive Slot on it and press space to add a mod there which should show this mod as a choice then press space again to input it in
