Hey y'all. New to playing in groups outside of countdown. Is a decently rolled strikers build and playing safe/sticking with the group a decent approach for matchmaking into the tinkerer master mission?

Yes.

Strikers are squishy. Position well, use cover and learn the spawns. Stay with or behind others.

As a DPS people expect you to be doing the damage. Not tanking the hits.

HB build is a waste in Master/Lego, the armour is gone before you can even stack it and the damage buff is worse than strikers

You end up playing the same style, but not doing as much damage

yeah, the boosts will skip side missions. max level is 40. you always have an option of starting another 3 characters that will be able to progress through the full story if you really want that experience

If farming for stretch caches. Recommend getting a group of people but farming solo then grouping up to open.

Priority objectives are player specific and unless you're extremely lucky you're unlikely to have the same one meaning your grind will be slowed.

Just come together with a full inventory of caches and open them together for sharing

Or just "call for backup", and enjoy the free help, without worrying.
Peoople often get similar Prio's, so they'll join and get something too. Just make sure you endorse.

There are a few builds you could use with Pesti like a standard Strikers, Ongoing Directive or High End

High End is more of a unircorn build (unicorn = piece(s) of gear that has to drop with the attributes and/or talent the agent needs which is ultra rare). But works absolutely fine for Pesti.

The other two are great because they don't take very long to put together plus the DMG output is high enough to deal with Heroic content and, if you want to, run Legendary.

It's a unique difficulty for the climax missions of the Manhunts, it being available for Theo/Kelso/Manager so far.

It's basically Heroic but almost zero purples spawn. Everything is Elite and there are alot more of them.

You will need to finish scout 8 and 12 to unlock it, and then play it on a lower difficulty, doing that will unlock Master for it.

Those being percentages as difficulty increases for the rewarded Tinkerer. But it's a guaranteed drop on Master difficulty the first time on any character

Pick the fastest mission from the current week's invasion (DCD iirc), use 'toggle mission mode' to set it back to invaded, then run it again and see if it counts.

Apply bleed to 3 enemies at the same time (or whatever its called in english).
Tried it with the bleed hive but no luck, either its too much dmg, the enemie dies before all 3 have the effect or i always have just 2 in range.

Means there's a side mission you have to complete first, it's underground near the west end of the castle settlement

There's no way to unlock those now, so you just have the base modifier to take advantage of. Once clear the first area and are out of combat you can turn all the modifiers off though

Just hit 40 recently so don't have much gear (I'm still using the 35 gear you get with the bonus to reset turret/drone quickly bc that's handy) but would like to start working on the Summer Swarm stuff to try to get some neat weapons. Aside from this skill build I'm running, I'm rather lacking in gear and stuff and don't know which missions would be good to run to maybe target farm gear (if that's a thing?) while also not handicapping myself for the season pass XP.
