you need to look under gila guard brand, and also fair warning, expertising gear is not something anyone should be doing unless they have expertise on weapons or skills (more relevant stuff) first

No, not really. I don't have the DLC on my second account and it can get really annoying. If you spawn at the White House, you also have to run to outside the mission area (of the Brooklyn DLC), before you can change any world settings. I don't know who designs this sh*t.

Yeah my second account doesn't have BfB but I haven't noticed getting that audio every time, so either talking to the pilot gets rid of it or I'm really good at tuning things out.

going up 1 man count, while same difficulty, increases effective hp by 20% exponentially (so going from solo to 4 man is basically 1.2^3 * x)

the directives will be a modifier on top of the base increase

you can select a mission and change the difficulty and you will see that the XP reward will change based on that

It's not that he spawns in a random location, but he has a chance (quite a high one, like 50% or so) to spawn when you approach one of his possible locations. So if he doesn't, you can either try again with a different location or relog to try the same location

You are correct, specific weapon damage works the same as weapon damage in the calculations, at least when using that weapon type.

Apparently boomerang only works with tinkerer when it's on your primary weapon, so swap the talents over and run preservation on the second one instead.

it really depends on the situation and content or your build. For example, Ongoing Directive you are going to want to use Carnage LMG because of Perfect Sadist talent. It is the best LMG for OD builds as it has the highest amplified damage to enemies affected by bleed. You can do with regular sadist on a different LMG as well but in general most people will use Carnage.

The normal high-end LMGs are really up to preference for people. I liked Stoner and since I got used to Carnage i now use mostly IWI NEGEV, but a lot of people like M60 or M249 or Infantry MG5 because of how they handle. GR9 and Stoner are preferred because of their huge magazine size, so if you want to do an insane amount of bullets per mag you usually go with those.

I always had a blast playing with Pestilence but as I learned the game a bit more, I found to be using it less and less and only in very very specific scenarios (maybe hunters that are very elusive and hide) but the whole tick thing TTK with Pesti is just too slow when I could have a higher damage LMG that will delete the enemy before the ticks actually complete their thing. And faster kills, means higher survivability.

Iron Lung and Bullet King are really made for specific builds too.. a lot of people likes to have Iron Lung for status effects and Bullet King for endless bullets but my personal favorite is Bluescreen in general. It's not gonna delete enemies like other LMGs but it's utility is on par with like St. Elmos for example. It's very precise and applies status effects on enemies which is huge in some content.

In general, it's up to you and what feels best.

In full screen, the contrast is too bright and the FPS drops crazily. Unplayable. But, when I set the video settings to Windowed mode, the contrast returns to normal and the FPS goes back normal at more than 120 FPS. My AMD GPU driver is already the latest. 7900XTX. Did you encounter a similar issue and know how to fix this please?

That's how I got mine, someone was running Zoo with me and they got it. Make sure you turn on "Group Drop Items" in chat preferences so you can see if any of your teammates got it during activities because some people won't really say anything but this way you will see someone got it and you can ask them politely to drop it for you.

Snipers talents are fairly simple.
Headhunter for the chest, Vigilance for the backpack.

HSD (headshot damage) in every slot, the rest can be weapon handling.
there's not really a lot else you can use.

You can go for 3pc Hotshot instead of 4, as it's one of the rare moments that 3 can be better than 4 for a Gearset build, but in that case the final slot can be something like Fox's Knees, since free dtooc is never bad.

if you go for 3pcs, make sure your MMR is at 100% stability in the stats screen, which mostly comes from gun mods, the SHD watch, and finally attributes.

Determined for the Talent, always dtooc for the attribute.

the only time you don't pick dtooc is if you are using an LMG, and that's only because it already comes with dtooc and you can't pick it.

It's kinda normal to start with a red/purple at start of chain. You can prep it on an open world red bar so determined is procced and is a guaranteed headshot when you start the cp.
If mmr isnt working for you swap to a standard striker build. Either is capable if fast clearing cp...

If you build the HH exactly as you were shown above. You'll one tap everything after the first hit. Except helmets, which will require a restack.

Foam is good for getting that first kill, even if no reds are around. Gives you time for a couple of shots. Yellows normally only take 2/3

FOr high tier chungas you need the full blast to take the helmet in a single hit.

I see. Then I'm probably not doing enough damage to get the kill again after going to another Control Point/activity on the map.

Started noticing this because, after starting the chain and one-tapping everyone, I start the chain in another place against a purple bar sometimes and it doesn't kill him. Which seemed weird because, after killing just any enemy to get just the first stack again I could then one-tap yellows and everyone else.

For Strikers? Big Magazine, High ROF, Good base damage, high burst, and a talent that pulls enemies from cover and makes them stand still for death.

For decks setup it's just as a backup for beaming heads because it's basically a laser beam

I think they meant localdecks's pic. The Elmo's benefits from the headshot stats from the build, its a good gun, shocks enemies which makes it easier to one-tap them with your sniper if you set it up correctly, and overall it's just a very good weapon.

Also that, yeah. It's a laser beam.
