yeah, its a Division 1 skill returned into Division 2
the skill you shoot at a cover or you double tap the skill to apply to the cover you're behind and it applies it. it does have a radius to it as well
the other thing that's awesome about it, when you weapon swap the weapons magazine gets filled so you can shoot primary weapon until empty , swap to secondary, then go back to primary with a full magazine

Recalibrating is where you take say a an Assault rifle that has acceptable stats but terrible talent on it for you. you change that talent to whatever you want on it but once you do this this talent is all you can change
so it's best if you get an Assault rifle with nearly maxed out Assault Rifle damage, Health Damage and Damage to Targets out of Cover so you can freely change the talent

All missions have at least one named enemy at the end. Some have several.

Bounties are always named enemies. Again, sometimes several of them (and they're faster than missions)

You also get a named hostile on Tier 4 (Heroic) Control Points.

The named enemy in JTC is Coyote...she can also drop the Coyotes Mask

Have you reached level 40? If not, don't worry about builds and just use whatever drops you get.
Once you are lvl 40, check the spreadsheet pinned in #td2-build-advice for guides to many of the best current builds.

I'd also observe that the general meta for clearing harder content quickly involves going full dps and managing your survivability by use of positioning, cover and situational awareness. Investing into armour and repair skills will slow you down.
On less challenging content it's not a major issue though, one of the easiest options (especially when solo) is just to run the memento exotic backpack that gives you armour regen plus a variety of other bonuses.

This is kind of a weird question but is it really as odd as someone made it out to be that I use skill build with only “offensive” skills?
I showed that I use a skill-based build to a few people and they all said it was weird that I use the stinger hive and the gunner turret. I just use it cause I’m primarily a solo player and even when I help in the DZ I don’t join groups and just kinda help here and there if a group just happens to pass me when I’m moving by them

there are ways to go upto 7 called Overcharge on those skills as well, but those ways have an extremely long cooldown

it'd be easier to do it, but they all have their limitations
Acosta Go Bag does this, but you have to be at 6 skill tiers
Engergize backpack would just be easier to be at 6 skill tiers as well
Talent on weapons from what i heard can be at 3 skill tiers, get 3 kills for skill tier 6 and if you get another kill during this you can go into overcharge, i haven't tested that though so i can't say for sure
the prefect talent on weapon would be 2 skill tiers as it goes to 4 kills

Pretty much just get rid of the tech or figure out a way to increase survivability, you could try to hide behind things where you can still see him but the tech can’t hit you, especially cover that’s tall where you can peek around it

If that is the one you're referring to, the way I did was using a striker set with Sawyers kneepads and a Pecaro's rolled with skill tier.
I used revive hive and decoy.
You can just stay in cover, that spot just in front of the door where in the invaded mode the black tusk boss spawns.

If you want to cheese it, then run a Vile Eclipse build with jammer pulse and shock trap. You can camp in the doorway that you walk through to reach the area

far as i've heard, they can drop via target tool masks and countdown is usually the faster goto since you can always target what you want then at the end go buy the exotic caches to up your chances of obtaining them, priority objectives gives out random exotics as well if you tire of countdown

you stay in DC at level 30 hard cap
you travel to NY and continue leveling 30-40 and was stuck in NY until you hit 40 and finished the last mission
this year they did away with that part so you can level in DC to 40 alone if you so wish, but probably a long 30-40 if you don't have a friend to boost you there kind of thing

Despite the mechanics and enemies on discovery being easier, actually completing the raid through matchmaking is likely to be much harder as you'll probably end up with a team who have no idea what to do and very weak builds

As long as you have a decent dps build and make it clear to the raid leader that you're new, you'll be fine in a proper raid - check #lfg-raid-pc

Perfect week to start the Nemesis project, or get that blueprint you been waiting for.

After you get the Tidal Basin piece , change mode for invaded stronghold back to invaded. Complete again for another nemesis piece (stronghold dependent). With any 2 pieces in hand set GWH back to invaded and the blueprint will drop. Nemesis can be farmed from Marksman Rifle Target Loot after that, regardless of project completion.

you can farm countdown/summit on challenging (countdown is actually a better thing to do on challenging, it's faster and drop rates are negligably lower). For Priority Objectives you can do it on any difficulty when it says Exotic Item as a reward you are guaranteed to get it, and difficulty doesn't really matter.

I have to say.. I've been slacking and finally did Kenly College for the first time. Boy this was a bit of drag to complete. It felt pretty repetitive and uninspiring. I can see why people are not really super excited it when it's a part of seasonal event. I don't see myself doing this over and over again. The only thing I thought was kind of OK, was the 2 immune bosses you can take down only if they are close to the exploding chests and get set on fire. From everything in Div 2, i think Kenly College expedition was super underwhelming.

I've capped out on my DZ keys long ago that's how I realized there's a cap, and since I never go there (DZ) anyway I've kinda "wasted," keyboxes everyday, and at my level I think I'll just get owned by other people like what happened when I went there at 20. 😂

Ok, so you're fully in the endgame. Now there's a weekly invasion that resets every Tuesday, with tidal basin, one stronghold, and 3 missions getting invaded. If you clear them each week on heroic you'll get extra rewards (spec points, blueprints, named items) but you don't have to.

Most of the special weapons are garbage....don't worry about it.

Mini gun is the most fun...but weak.

Sniper is the "strongest" hits like a train

However sniper only gets 8 shots.

If you're using your Spec weapons, group play is better as all the specialisations have buffs to team mates special ammo count on certain actions. So you'll normally fill up pretty fast

Might be 12, I don't normally pay attention. I only use it to blow the helmets off Chungas or Rushers if I haven't stacked headshots yet lol

I think what you said is right, but it's kinda weird or maybe it just bugged out for me for that particular time, because I went down to 6+1/8 and I can't pick up any more ammo, test fired even more shots and I can pick some spec ammo at 6+1/0.

My first time using heartbreaker build with the laser pointer. I have noticed sometimes I wont get any bonus armor whatsoever? Could any1 explain me what could be causing this?

• Maybe you have too many red cores? You need some blues to notice the effect
• Try a AA12 type shotgun, unload on enemies (remember to put a laser pointer to Pulse those enemies)
• Are you on challenging or above? if you're 1-shotting everything, won't notice it

I have 4 blues and I tried with the ACS shotgun + the laser pointer. I also noticed it in the base when on training range it wont stack the heartbreaker unless I hit the head first with a pellet. after that it will just stack normal body shots.

Its one of the most fun builds actually, and on challenging you only need to use the ACS... run and gun, unload on their faces, always bonus armor up.

• shooting range targets are rather hard to pulse with the pointer, you can notice whether they're pulsed or not if you look at it enough
• the pulse from the laser is quite short. you may be accustomed to how long a regular pulse lasts, this one is a lot shorter, you basically need to keep your aim on target, which should be easy if it works.
• sometimes the pointer just doesn't work, either because you're too far away or it has a mind of its own and just doesn't like to pulse. you would have to aim out of and onto the target again to try to pulse again
