No, it should work. But I can't remember what I did to finish this. Maybe you have to farm items from the same brand and then equip them. Crafting didn't work for me when I remember correctly.

Yeah the Manhunts reveal quite a bit. its directly after New Yorks Keener cutscene. Since Division time works as like days at a time you could say that we’re only like 6 months to a year after New York right now.

You can be past lvl 30. In fact, you're pretty much guaranteed to be past 30 as you have to reach lvl 30 before you can do Capitol, then you have to run all the invaded strongholds before NY even becomes available.

Farming open world activities and control points - one of the pinned messages in this channel has a guide. Each season there's also usually a couple of xp events where you can earn 3x or 5x the xp for 1000 levels, which helps a lot (often only lasts for a weekend though)

all 3 can be obtained through Brooklyn caches at a 0.5% chance if you're doing the stretch goal even for 101-110 season pass leveling

Yes, it increases how fast your shd skills like repair drone can heal you or others.

Tank builds are not generally very useful in the majority of this game though. Progression is limited to how fast you can kill all the enemies, and tanks aren't really capable of pulling much attention away from dps players on your team

Bighorn isn't a raid weapon, easiest way to get it is to farm summit floor 10 on legendary, it has a 5% drop chance from the named boss (regardless of target loot). Just kill the boss and leave at least one add alive, then fast travel to lobby and back to repeat.

Nope, currently the only exotic you can change the appearance of is Scorpio, and even then you don't want to (new skin is bugged and will crash your game if you save it to a loadout).
They're adding new exotic skins in the future though, with Pestilence next, so it might happen eventually.

the main deal that hinders perfect combined arms is the need to proc it every 3 seconds since turret/drone have massive uptime. it leaves you exposed.

on something like mortar you can pop up and proc pca while its mid air . a lot less exposure that way

intimidate is actually an exponential buff. each stack is an amp

meaning the regular version is 1.04^9 and perfect is 1.04^10

the tooltip lies to you. it's not weapon damage. it's an amp, and it multiplies itself.

so it's one of the few buffs in this game besides hunter's fury that's actually fully "multiplicative"

yeah I can see that.. the tooltip makes it sound like it's 9 stacks * 4% .. but that's not the case because for each stack it amplifies your weapon damage but then on the next stack since that total damage is amplified it amplifies it again by 4% and does that 9 or 10 times depending whether it's perfect intimidate or not.. but yeah.. easily the strongest talent in the game from what I've seen so far. well in normal pve it's balanced by the fact that you have to either sacrifice your backpack talent, use ravenous, or get bonus armor from a teammate to proc it. besides the 1st way, all others is reliant on either someone else or rng. that's the premise behind it, and why it's balanced to look that strong.

now in descent that doesn't happen, since you always have 6 blue and 6 red talent slots; you're always free to put on 1 tier of ad rush and 1 tier of leadership to always proc it

Anyone else take this to mean to use the main’s points as well? no pestilence isn't a status effect
looks like Ceska for the chc and wicked talent which lets you do more daamge to status effected targets

Pesti don’t work with wicked, but the bleed rounds/shock do work with wicked BP talent

If you use OD with pesti, the pesti debuff don’t work with wicked. Only bleed rounds from OD does

really want to make it interesting, but i don't see how one can get all 3 going is replace mask wtih Vile exotic so you have bleeding, vile tick and pestilence tick all at once, but the vile you have to make sure you bleed new targets for it

Vile isn’t great on OD builds, it’s normally revolves around ease of use of bleed rounds to have more dmg to single targets

i know, but you have OD bleed going, you got Vile on single targets you hit to make them bleed going then you're adding pestilence stacks which does transfer but i feel by the time you hit max pestilence stacks everything is dead

i was using pesti on one of my alts with od and it does pretty good. if you build for crit, the pesti ticks are a bonus. i was getting like 800k ticks running on the above build

usually people will choose Famas, F2k, Ctar maybe?, Elmos and for fast stacks an acs-12 or lefty/rock and roll shotgun

but like i said it works, just letting you know that i don't think the striker stacking of weapon damage doesn't increase the pestilence tick damage

a bit of a nerf since they changes 1.0 to stack to .9 to stack but least you got ceksa chest with obliterate and you put on the coyote you'll further your chd in the build

a build i've done is mask/back pack/ holster/knees striker, ceska obliterate chest wtih Exodus Gloves which gives you a nice save me feature built in
when you lose your armor you explode in a smoke, dropping you out of combat so if you don't fire your weapon and reengage the fight you'll do something of a out of combat regen then you can go back in full armor or mostly full armor
think some people said to weapon swap during this to go full armor regen
