There's an entire community server for the PvP'ers that is used to collect cheater evidence. It's a big database of players. Can look anyone up and see their stats. I can look his name up if you want

I'm fairly sure you can get there anytime, it's an annoying place to find the entrance to, you'll have to go around the corner on the right of the street from where you are standing and the entrance should be ground floor, you gotta get up the scaffolding

You can get there without a mission. There is a tarp down the road you can climb onto.

Until you are level 40, you will swap items for better ones all the time. Once you are 40, the ''true'' game of building your perfect set starts 😉

Your shd level is too low for that but printer filament. Most cost effective way is to use points for shd credits then buy mods at a vendor, then crush for filament

You can make any non-exotic Mask look it, just "mod" the mask and pick the one that works there.

Yw. One shd point can buy 10 printer filament directly, or you can use points to get 10K credits per and then buy mods at around 4515 credits each. One mod deconstructed gives you 6 filament so you’re getting roughly 1/3 more that route though it takes a bit more time

A SHD level of about 1500+ is recommended as the minimum level for "mule farming", as we like to call it.

they all sound the same, but both have different spawning conditions:
Public Execution: has a higher chance spawning in hostile regions

With a strong striker build you can kill most enemies in seconds, if you focus the head it generally staggers them and stops them shooting back, so you mostly create situations where you can shoot one enemy without others having line of sight on you

Actually, there's one absolutely fool proof way to Optimise for almost nothing, to maybe even have it be totally free.
@teal hinge The idea behind Optimisation is to help you polish off a nearly perfect piece of loot, so it's a godroll. It's not meant as a way to skip a grind.
So try farming out stuff until it's like 80%+ perfect w/ 1 Recal, and then Optimise.

Can someone help me understand this talent. So on my first shot I kill with a headshot then the talent gets active, say on my 2nd shot I missed the head but because of the talent it counted as a headshot. For the 3rd shot, do I need to kill with another headshot to reactive the talent again or just keep hitting body shots (will count as headshots)?

so it's best to get a mix (weapon damage, crit damage, damage to targets out of cover, damage to health, damage to armor). Headshot damage actually stacks on top of crit damage so it's only worth investing in one or the other, not both (for a given build)

Yeah, that small orange arrow on the second picture tells you what you have saved in your library. In the first picture there's no arrow, so nothing is saved.

Most Yaahl gear you can craft. I recommend waiting until Yaahl goes on sale in the clan vendor. Use a mule, dump watch resources for credits. Continuously buy Yaahl, deconstruct it, and then craft the pieces you need from the workbench. Do be aware that optimizing to full will be expensive

But, yes. Yaahl drops in all Dark Zones, conflict caches, DZ proficiency caches (and I think legacy caches?). Occasionally goes on sale at vendors as well

World Tiers are now the strongholds that you do before the Pentagon. That being District Union, Capitol, Roosevelt and Tidal Basin. Ignore the others they aren't needed for the story they just get added for the Black Tusk invasion. Also for Manning Zoo you may need to switch it from stronghold to story sometimes.

Ok—first time long time—I just passed lv. 1000(took me too long, my excuse: I’m a “gamer dad”), and I want to start doing Legendary content and Raids. I see all the build advice and have my variations for DPS, tank, heals, skill builds set or in mind. My question is two parts:

1) I can do heroic CP solo, and 2man Heroic missions with ease, advice on legendary mainly as DPS would be helpful as I can’t get beyond midway an any missions.
2) Any advice on which raid to focus on first that would be good for a new raiding player.
