Is the mooncake event broken? Shortly after I took the first control point and got the jacket, all the other CP in the district turned green. The next goal for is supposedly the MLK CP, but it persistently remains green even after several days. Tonight I was hanging around the CP and my compass turned red around the border and got the dramatic music, but no enemies and the CP remained solidly green.. Something I am missing?

If it helps, the audio file for the DZ drop being close will often play even if you're outside the DZ and just kinda near-ish, so you could technically wait outside.

You'll only get the bonus xp on characters that have already reached level 40 and got their watch, so just farm it all on your main, then why other characters you level up will have access to the same number of shd points

not really. just run it all on your shd watch agent, and when you make a new alt and get a watch, itll duplicate whatever your current shd. alts also keep accumulating shd, always matching the main the entire time they are active. its not necessary to even use the alt after it has a watch

Most suggest common sense when evaluating an item. Is the item within 1 recal of being usable? If no then they trash it. For example an empress mask with weapon handling and health on it wouldn't make sense for any build. Most things are like this too.

Otherwise it'd be best to just dive into the build guides in the spread sheet pinned in #td2-build-advice and get a feel for what is good and isn't based on whats in those builds.

The Memorial Hunter has been consistently hard for some to get to spawn for a couple years now. If I remember correctly, my old clan and I got good results from 23:55-00:10. We even had to log out/in a couple times.

Never heard of the pool Hunters not spawning.

Which sets are they? Before rank 10 for expertise those items are used to donate for rank 10. Once there the items are then used to upgrade via the expertise menu if they are in your character inventory.

The holster should show up in the Providence section as long as it is that brand set. If it is the normal Providence chest piece then it will also show up there. However if it is the Sacrifice named piece, it will show up in the Chest pieces section.

Stuff like dta dttooc twd are all multipliers but are also additive with themselves if you have multiple sources. Amps always act like a single source.

Everything is basically a multiplier. The difference is amps wont add with anything before multiplying. if you have 2 different amps ( like glass and Hf ) they will be their own multiplier. something like dttooc will be additive with other sources of dttooc.

Manhunt Scouts
Manhunt Scouts is a new system that drives the game's narrative by requiring players to complete weekly activities that reward them with equipment, XP, materials, and, most importantly, new collectibles.

Each week, players can tackle a Scout, which consists of three different activities. These activities will vary, and players must solve a small riddle to complete each one. Activities should be completed in order, and once all three are finished, players will receive the Scout Reward.

Once all activities in a Scout are completed, players will receive a bigger reward, including a unique collectible. However, new Scouts cannot be accessed until the current one is completed.

By the end of the season, completing all Scouts unlocks the Manhunt Climax Mission, and finishing that unlocks the Master Climax Mission, so make sure to stay on track each week.

So if you are an adult with real life commitments and might be away for a week or more, you are screwed and unable to unlock the climax or master climax missions???? How is that honestly realistic? I understand that they are trying to provide incentive for people to log on regularly and boost overall engagement. But to have it that strict seems rather unrealistic. Making it an absolute must that for 3-4 months, you have to play every week or you miss out....

@undone granite Technically it can drop from anywhere in the DZ, however it's not affected by TL (Targeted Loot), and the chance of it dropping are below 0.02%, so it's super not worth the farm.
Same goes for the Bighorn and Ravenous.

tl;dr just get it from the original place instead. Raids for Rav+EB, Legendary Named's for Bighorn.

You have a chance to get the component you need from the chests located on the 3/6/9 of those floors, but the chance is so high that it's unlikely you'll ever be able to do 20 floors and not get the part you need.

Strats for how to do that are kinda varied tho. There is the fastest way and then slower than that, I typically do the fastest style strat which is dodge city holster striker HSD builds on two with one on bloody CHC/CHD strikers, healer on acosta, and it'll take 44 seconds from door open to door open.

Bounty Named Enemies really do have a stupidly high chance to drop one, regardless of what the TL is for that area.

If you do a daily loop of your Bounties, you've got a better than average chance of getting 1, or 7.

The exact moment he goes immune/he's on those last 3 bars, you need to pull. The window is very tight. If you've ever sprayed, started doing damage, then he went immune, that's the timing your looking for. The catch is he will go immune in a few seconds, so if he's not dead nearly immediately on a chungaless pull then it's a dead run.

You need to pull the water within like .2 of a second of him going immune on last water. Keep in mind two things happen when you do this. First is no chunga, second is you'll have a very short damage window so you need to either get him to the last line within like 4-5 seconds or he'll immune.

Recalibration, it's a system where you can change a single Attribute or Talent on a non-exotic item.

The idea behind those systems is that you farm something until it's about 80% perfect, then refine it until it is.

Just don't worry too much right now, take a look at the 📌 pinned-message > spreadsheet 2 > builds. And copy one you think looks like fun. Some are going to change soon, but not overly drastically. All builds listed can handle Heroic with some practice+ know-how.

Actually 60% is the hard cap for crit chance (CHC).

which is also why it's not used on "sniper builds" (called MMR's in div2). Since you always have a 40% chance to not get one.

You can crit on a head, but again, it's all down to a matter of numbers.

Reverse the percentage and it's a lot easier to see.
"60% chance to crit" sounds a lot better than "2/5 will not".
