Anyone noticed inconsistencies in how the Cool Skills directive functions? Usually activating one skill while the other is on cooldown will have no effect, but yesterday some of the time I noticed that using one skill immediately reset the other from a nearly-complete cooldown back to max cooldown time. Tested it a bunch of times and couldn't see a clear pattern in when it worked one way vs the other.

Once you surpass 2,147,483,647 (32 bit limit) then it automatically turns to its negative variant of -2,147,483,648 and starts counting back up. This is because they never updated the damage cap once introducing level 40 damage numbers.

Yeah pretty much, just go with foxes, chainkiller, harris, habsburg, honestly you'd probably hit the breakpoint to pop heads so you can kinda mix it up at that point.

The way HH works is you'll hit a certain amount of damage at full stacks with your build, the breakpoint would be the enemies health pool, exceed that and you'll just chain the headshots.

Well yes and no. If you use determined talent on the 1886 you only need to land 1 or two headshots then all body shots once you have talents all going.

No it'll be headshot damage. You could also just try it out. The math is pretty broken on what we are talking about and sub optimal builds usually work with no problem on it.

If you have an mmr build you could probably just swap the 1886 with determined and just pop someone in the head to get determined up and then just body everyone as fast as you can shoot.
