yes kinda BUT still requires invaded hotel. you need scope from tidal + 1 other part then the blue print will drop (so just clear your weekly invaded, then double back to invaded hotel for blue print, assuming it was invaded same week)

highest difficulty you feel comfortable with, as many directives as you can handle, and open world activities are fairly efficient (convoys in particular for the moment) but it's all about what you can finish fast over and over again.

and no shame in dropping difficulty if it allows you to farm more in the same amount of time (ie: more efficient if higher difficulty is slower for you)

since you're on normal difficulty anyways, after you toggle mode for ballpark just toggle the global difficulty to hard so the map resets itself.

I don't think you can acually see the other mission unless first is completed. But if you managed to get it to story mode you should now be able to set difficulty to whatever is needed.

The hunter mission there is easy. Ignore him, you get 'objective failed' and can try again, but this time without hunter. Did it in first hardcore run, but was killed due to crash at SHD400+ or so.

The question mark mission in DC is one in which you can't die, not even on HC. It is just an introduction to the hunters. No need to worry about them, and having done all others on normal they are marked as completed on account.

Hey, there isn't, it's just a linear diminishing returns, every 1% more is slightly less valuable, no soft or hard caps

The more you have the less any extra % will be worth in terms of seconds reduced off cooldowns, there's no goal for it, you can keep stacking it infinitely if you want just fine, usually it's a good filler stat for remainder slots after you reach certain amount of say skill repair you're after, or after filling in every possible slot with say skill damage/status

There isn't any % points where it suddenly changes in how valuable it is, it's just a gradual decrease starting from the very first 1%

And yeah BTSU's added haste doesn't show on hive stats, so in your case you'd be at 200% hive haste (assuming tier 6, so 110 + 6x15), which means your hive CD is reduced at +200% rate or 3x rate, or in other words it's 1/3rd of its original CD

To anwser your question, brands are specific for your play style. I mostly use High-End only because with some Green set the conditions are such you will never get to benifit the set unless in a team.

There are other set too that are great, all red and with CHD and CHC. But again depends how you like to play. I have several that are all red, no health, or fully focussed on skills 6+ tiers.
