I farm the fastest missions for green mats, checkpoints on heroic are good for recon (they give 4 each) and if you don't already have it, there's a blueprint to craft recon by doing checkpoints as well

I don't understand why Kajika do such charge against us on his last fight, but for some reason he stops, say "Shit!", flee and hide when I lock him with my TAC-50C at CLOSE RANGE.

IIRC The only difference is Year 1 allows you to skip “Field Research” (unlocking process) and start using the 3 specializations.

As mentioned already, just do the missions and if you want save the side missions. No need to focus on getting perfect roles on a build until you reach “endgame” which would be level 30 and WT5 (World Tier 5). Since you will constantly be getting better gear.

If you plan to get or have WoNY then only focus on a build until you reach level 40 for the same reasoning.

you can also use heartbreaker. its good for both close and mid engagements and has survivabilty
it works like strikers but gives you bonus armor on hits to pulsed enemies or headshots

so you have both damage and tankiness
it does limit you to technician spec tho as it works best and consistently with the tech laser pointer attachment

You only “instantly” unlock the 3 specializations when you unlock the ability to use specializations (the base 3 ones), which is you get from beating the story and unlocking World Tiers iirc.

When its orange it means that you hit a sorta weak point

For grenadiers, your shooting their grenade backpack witch is gonna explode after a few shots

These things are usually red and hard to hit since they are mostly behind the ennemies

Spawn camp adds on left, mid and right doors. Theres a spawn sequence. As soon as you clear 2 spawns on the right door have the dps start transitioning to mid and left doors. When bosses spawn, clear all adds, chunggus and robotics first. When only boss remains, use scorpio on the bosses, get in their faces and clip thru the shield and armor plating to do direct damage to health. Use 3 dps 1 cc/healer or 4 dps.

You can have 1 guy jump last so all 3 dps can get in position before they spawn on mid and left circle room door

Ok so Vile is only ever used in fire builds. If you need the damage from vile to finish off enemies then it can be good. But it falls hard off in group play due to scaling since 1.4m over ten seconds is very low. Does it has its place, Yes but imo I rather use something else.

you can play 90% of the game solo I'd say

you can finish the base story, the post-launch additions and NY solo, then the seasonal content and grinding for gear can also be done solo

afterwards you have Kenly College, Summit that you can solo

Countdown is designed with a team in mind but it can also be started solo to varying success rates

the PvP of course will include other players, Conflict and DZ, but to be fair DZ can be farmed solo and reasonably safe at certain hours

there's then the raids that you have no chance solo and Legendaries that require serious investment into a build and game knowledge to finish solo

as for the second question, not aware of a site with cooldowns, but you can see them ingame once they're all unlocked, before you finish the story you can and should experiment with all of em

i will give you some advice- raids are typically ran with level 40 characters, as most people have the DLC. If you join a raid with a level 30 character you'll be scaled up to level 38, and you'll have a hard time.

Yes, if you do targeted loot locations for masks there is a higher chance for it to drop. I dont know if directives affect drop chances but iirc they affect the rolls? Though someone else can answer what directives affect.

Pretty much locked to specific times. A lot of the Hunters even "reset" if you take too long to do them, and the daily/weekly Reset can also break it.
And most Hunters must be done at night (between 21:00 and 06:00 ingame)

the easiest way to take them on is kill the one that does ranged first, he usually stays way in the back.. then work on the rest of them, pull them out away from the enclosed area so you have places to dodge and not be out in the open all of the time, unless you have a full disruption tank build where you can use your shield even while they pulse thier everlasting disruption.

thats what i did before i went full send on all of the hunters was build myself a disruption build so i could face tank them one by one.

usually having about 90% disruption resistance total will make you immune to their debuffs, so you can use the shield and chem launcher healer to drop below you to heal you as you'll most likely be spected into firewall for the extra 11% to shield health.

yeah if you was on pc, I have a 99.1% disruption build I could have used to help you with. Unless you have system corruption set, you're best bet is to stack hazard protection on your gear, and use disruption resistance mods. What I went with was two pieces of the Brazos set cause two piece bonus is a skill tier, then yaahl chest, and 3 improvised (gloves holster, and kneepads with 2 of them having armor, and 1 having skill tier as main core attribute) that have hazard protection max rolled on them, so you can have the extra 3 mod slots to slot disruption mods on them. spec into technician, so you can have artificer hive and bulwark shield. Makes hunters easy peasy.
