Steam deck is a laptop with a custom OS

They main thing that stops console from getting PTS is lack of ability to quickly push updates

Xbox and ps require verification which can take days

So nothing can change quickly

Something similar happen to me, I saw a comment on Reddit of a guy doing a breakdown about the health bar and it's properties in the game, he said at the end it should be buffed and months later we got the aegis and buffed health attribute on the brand sets

I had this issue with my mother's phone where she rebooted it because of an error with the Volume down button not responding, and when it turned on it opened this "FastBoot mode". We tried holding volume up+off buttons/volume down+off/ both volume buttons and the off button itself. Every time we turn off the phone it'll just get stuck in a boot cycle over and over again.

yes and no

you have to use photo mode in game for no hud stuff

you could in theory edit the hud out and fill it with AI or something but I doubt thatll actually work

or you could use camera mode and do stop motion, however that may come with a side effect of wanting to end it all
