His monitor is 1080p and I assumed 1080p gaming.
A used 1080 will run you about 130USD in Denmark, a used 1080ti will run you about 160USD, a used 2070 will run you 220USD for about the same performance (not considering potential performance from DLSS and the rest of the technologies)

If you upgrade the GPU further you risk running into a CPU bottleneck forcing him into upgrading the whole system with something akin to what I recommended.

16 -> 32 GB RAM is nice to have and will not affect performance.

PSU notice is correct, but most likely he has a 550W/600W PSU on that build, which is enough to run upgrades.

I can really only speak on my own local and us pricing which is 160 for a 1080 or 175 for a 2070. Difference to me is worth it. Bottle necking won’t force him to upgrade but save him from buying twice when he eventually wants a stronger cpu (or right away)

On the other side of the coin- the actual gamebreaking bugs are mostly over (the server just not being able to handle everyone playing). Its a much different game than PD2/PD3 or Vermintide/Darktide, being third person and more random than the other games mentioned, but that kinda adds to it. That, and having 2 very different factions to fight, really does help keep you in the game.

The bugs i know of now are kinda annoying but not a major problem, those bugs being that armor rating (theres light, medium, and heavy armor- each is supposed to have an effect on the amount of hits you can take and how fast you can move while also having an effect on your stamina) just straight out doesnt work, and that people are getting disconnected every once in awhile due to server problems.

I somewhat envy people with ADHD-PH or ADHD-C, because their symptoms are more physical, especially for men.
Women typically have ADHD-PI if they have ADHD and tend to get overlooked. I personally have ADHD-PI along with high intelligence to the point I've been a "functioning adult" for everyone looking in on the outside, but that's because I've had so many coping mechanisms to handle it. Once I started at uni, I simply couldn't cope anymore.
I had no more strategies for delaying an assignment, because that's just on you. Especially at my university where the only deliverables are at the exam. Up until now, in High-school, I could just make a corrupted document if I needed an extension on an assignment - if you do that shit at an uni exam - especially one requiring 50 pages for the semester project - that's on you.

if it's mainly used for games, I'd go for a slightly weaker CPU and slightly stronger GPU. if it's also used for any sort of workload, its sort of ok.
for ryzen it's beneficial to get faster ram, 3600 is the sweet spot, and make sure you're running dual channel, so if its going to be only 16GB in total, get a 2x8GB kit.

I've been getting into Tiny Tina's Wonderlands lately and I it's the best. I've always been a fan of the Borderlands franchise, with each game having a different nuance. I'm not a hardcore fan swearing only to play BL1 or BL2 - I liked both The Pre-Sequel and BL3 for their uniqueness.
And man is Wonderlands a joy to play. The fantasy theme, the idea you're basically playing Dungeons and Dragons, Will Arnett doing a fantastic job as the villain AND OMG Andy Samberg is just perfection. I've watched Brooklyn 99 so many times, and he's perfect in Wonderlands. To the point I feel like I'm gaming with Jake Peralta haha

Check there's not a third party application say like NVIDIA or AMD software like AMD Adrenalin in my case that may be changing your settings to what they deem as "Optimised/Best quality for best gameplay"

its easily customizable on the republic of gamers software and its actually a good thing to use. having your optimal settings automatically kick in the moment you start playing a game. and when the game ends it turns off turbo mode, changes to brightness/color, etc. i def dont run my regular non-gaming mode the same way i run it on games

left 4 dead has simpler and more robust gameplay/systems, no ADS for every gun, no sprint, no weapon attachment system, smaller pool of guns leading to less overlap

left 4 dead has better written and more memorable characters

The PS5 Pulse 3D seems to be a decent headset quality wise, however it's priced higher than it necessarily should be because it's a PlayStation headset. The main place it wins compared to the Cloud II or Cloud III is being wireless, however the Cloud II can be gotten in a wireless version.

there's a cosmetic cover over the accelerator pedal that is not secure at all. its just kinda clipped on, but your foot can just slide that cosmetic cover forward to the point where it gets wedged under the geometry of that part of the car (which happens to be very effective at holding the accelerator down 100%). the brake pedal does disengage the accelerator so if you're driving in a place where you can safely come to a complete stop and unwedge the thing, you can just pull it out of there and leave it off the pedal. but i guess since if this happens on the interstate and you can't stop quickly without causing a pile up, it can be extremely dangerous.
