If you're a skill build you will have a ton of reviver charges that are still stupid slow to regen

its due to a group overcharge taking it up to 6 and you using it while the overcharge was active, that will cause it to want to regain all 6 charges before it is considered full

its a common bug that happens from time to time, and yeah, dieing, changing sesions or going to a safe area to go to a diferent loadout will fix it

general drop rates for stuff arent known, so we dont know what the drop chances are for targeted loot and such, for lady death there is one known rate

3% chance to drop from the NYC world bosses that are part of the deck of 22 world bosses.

but they arent really farmable, so just set your tl to smgs in summit or countdown, and hope for the best

They still scale by difficulty. But they'll always be the hardest enemies within that difficulty. A Hunter on normal could probably annihilate NPCs from challenging and lower.

Yeah, gunning the armor plates is about as much as you can do until it breaks.

Don't aim for heads unless you're using a hard hitting sniper build. Shoot the torso instead since a majority of people can't be bothered to aim at the head.

By the time you break the helmet, your other group members will have likely already broken the armor around the torso and started dealing damage.

if you're farming Hyena elites specifically, I've heard level 4 control points is the best for that

Eclipse is gross when paired with Vile Exotic mask.

For ARs, you could go with a Heartbreaker build, and run with Technician Spec, Flatline on the gun. Gets more tanky and strong as you build Heartbreaker stacks.

But. You could also check the #td2-build-advice and check the pinned comments. Got listings for a bunch of builds, as well.

Eclipse set should be easy

Not really. Can target farm missions/areas that have Eclipse.

Vile Mask might take a bit, since it's an Exotic. Just farm missions that have Masks over and over. Or go to Summit and select the loot you're looking for.

I farmed out a full set in under an hour, and that was on normal difficulty. If you do Countdown, or Summit with some directives on and the difficulty up, and target farm Eclipse, you should have a full set much faster.

That includes Hunters.

It's another progression type system that's been out since WONY launched. Having 1k SHD level doesn't mean someone grinds levels 24/7. Playing consistently is more than enough to get that level by now since the launch of the expansion. Others grind it heavier for salvage on their Watch mules.

Getting kicked because of your SHD is actually pretty damn rude. I've seen parties with people that are SHD 120. Hell, I'm only 382 because I took a break a month after Warlords, and only recently returned a couple weeks ago.

If you're going for a critical chance based build, you want to have over 100% Critical Hit Damage (CHD), with the ideal minimum being closer to 150%.

note: Critical Chance (CHC) caps out at 60%, so going past that is a waste.

as for CHD, open up your "stats" menu that should be somewhere near your Inventory screen, make sure to swap weapons while on the stats screen to check out each one.

"Receivers" I mostly get from breaking down guns, so running a Countdown, donating everything you can, then junking the rest of what you find will get you a bunch.
