It's fairly routine to pick up if you have WONY, you'll be able to target loot and farm the Aces set + Chainkiller for a pretty decent starter sniper build

There is one that takes a little bit more time, it dual-specs into headshot damage (what you'll want to aim for in your gear stats) and critical hit chance. There's some guides stickied at the top of #ask-td2-community @hard cipher

You're essentially maximising the gear set bonuses (the yellow gear, not the green sets). Typically, I run this:
Chainkiller chestpiece, Airaldi backpack with Vigilance, Fox's Prayer kneepads, the rest in the Providence set. Nemesis and White Death as the guns
Currently at 315% headshot damage, 59.5% crit chance (which is .5% off the cap). It's about as good as I can get, realistically

The update that was supposed to come out yesterday for the apparel event wasn't just clothes, it was fixing bugs too but it got delayed because the dev team are new to the industry to they had to learn the old challenges left by the old devs

The new devs haven't made much more than side scroll apps on mobile, plus they're a small team compared to the last one. Shit happens and they're doing their best
