Nope; but you can stop moving and shoot at the ground which would increase your threat level and drag them to you (same way if you start firing in the open world, groups nearby hear the gunfire).

Ronan's Ronin (singular and plural) are basically set to drop keys reliably, so that'll help. It's the squads I am more interested in, if it ends up being on average 2-3 keys (ie most of the squad members drop keys) then that's certainly better than when they don't drop any 2-3 times in a row.

Every squad member should have at least 50% to drop a key at Heroic (with less rate at lower diff), and any Ronin should always drop one key with the chances (same as it is now) to drop additional keys!
What you are planning to do would not be enogh!

Yeah farming countdown is good. Just try optimising your gear in the workbench so its all max rolls etc. Retaliations are a grind but sooooo worth it blueprints make getting the bench resources so much faster. until then you can just dump duplicate weapons and if you hit max on some resourced donate them too just i wouldnt only think about expertise

If your sole mission is to just get expertise 30 then id say equip random pieces of gear for the xp on each piece and donate weapons you dont need. no matter how you decide to go about getting 30 it wont be very fast. its why i recommend just trying to get SHD 1000 and optimise the gear you already have

You should have seen what happened with the first time they did stretch goals. You could buy caches with money and a glitch would cause the purchase of one cache to unlock the other 9 so for every dollar you got 10 caches.
