old progression was this. you level 1-30, you'd be hard locked to 30 (you can't level past 30) then deal with the BT invasion if you wanted. take a helicopter to NY and you'd be locked to NY until you're 40 and you completed the campaign there, then you can freely travel back and forth

whatever you extracted attribute wise is how high you can optmize your gear to. if you're sitting say at 12.9% weapon damage core then you'll stop at 12.9% weapon damage core until you get the max 15%

Need Help!! **SHD Tech Cache **in Civic Center Sewer is Bugged. I already did this on my two other characters before in normal mode with no issues, now in Realism mode it's impossible to finish that for one week already. I don't even use a riot shield, I'm running naked and it feels incredible... when it works

Summit for targeted loot comes with a caveat: you will need to enabled several directives in order to get a decent amount of (targeted) loot. You are better off by running Countdown on challenging. Alternatively you can farm for its blueprint by running Hyena Retaliations
