Depends on what you're going to use it for.
But it benefits from easy amps like Immobolize and Flatline. If not, Fast Hands, Strained, Measured, Killer, these are all fine.

It's honestly hard to go wrong with those, but experiment and see what works for you.

I think it’s 2% for every 4m away. That adds up fast

Ranger is fine if you have faith in your aim. Otherwise, you have to be pretty far to get the most out of it. Just to get 10% amp you need to be 20m away from enemies, and hitting a moving target at that distance is hard for some, especially with headshots.

The bright side is that Lexington is a very stable weapon. The horizontal and vertical recoil are very manageable. So if that helps, go for it, put on Ranger. Otherwise, you'll probably get more use out of Immobilize for a decent amp. All you need is Riot Foam in some form. And the chem launcher is the easiest way to apply it but Gunner grenades can work.

Also, another reason I don't recommend Ranger is because you're on console. I don't know how strong the aim assist is, but I generally don't encourage anything that requires precision on controllers unless you already have very polished aim and know your controller like the back of your hand.

yeah, aim at and short tap should show a target/scope type symbol. if he has an x on him hes already being focused on by your companion. that x is likely why hes shooting at randoms and can indicate his focus for you

Yeah legendary is pretty much the toughest content in the game, you need top build, gameplay skills and experience. The legendary stronghold enemy spawns are scaled to 4 player too so it's extra tough solo. Legendary summit is a bit easier.

The warhounds armor only applies to the main body, but not it's legs, no wonder the pesti deals high damage on the mini hounds.

The meta ARs that aren't Lexington are within 10% DPS of the Lexington, and arguably, Elmo's not having a damage talent make it worse than an AR that does.

Elmo's really has two things going for it and it's

1. Great mods, 15% crit damage and crit chance, 70 round mag
2. Laser beam

But get good gear and a maxed out watch and it loses #1, and many meta ARs are also laser beams with manageable recoil
