It's a copy/paste error, the blueprint is checking if the player has the Mosquito as a crafting requirement.
I've also tested it with moving my Mosquito onto different chars, but putting it in the stash will allow all characters to reconfigure the Sheriff.

When you complete the manhunt scouts (or at least the hvt ones, look for square icons on the manhunt scout list) it unlocked a new mission, a kind of finale for the season. This is the climax mission. Complete it on any regular difficulty once to unlock master difficulty, complete it on that for a guaranteed drop of the new gun (it also has a chance to drop on the lower difficulties, but only in that mission).

With a turmoil + sniper build, you gotta kill the boss who stands in the control room at the very beginning, by luring enemies close there and killing them, killing the boss too. Best way to get them is by switching your difficulty to heroic before initiating it. I personally grabbed all the blueprints from the hyena retaliations, I was only able to get the mantis by playing it on heroic then grabbed the overdogs soon after.

Anyone know why the game automatically puts me in windowed mode, then when i try to switch to Fullscreen the screen freezes but im still able to hear things in the background? cant get to Fullscreen.....
