I was making a joke that it's a ghost because it's hard to see.
That channel isn't for that, just go through the game settings and tweak them until it's easier to spot them.
Although with heavy fog, it's harder for enemies to see you too, so you can get closer.

i couldn't tell you the names of those 4 specific manhunts, but the rewards are 4 skills. Decoy being one of them, repair trap and a couple others
basic gist of legacy manhunt is 1-4 of them were post warlords of new york where you're skipping the scout objectives and going straight after the target
then those 4 repreated until 9th manhunt where they started to give us these new content for 4 i believe? then they went back to DC where everyone can do the manhunts

on pc, you can use the legacy manhunt menu to see which mission it's tied to. goto map, find the mission and fast travel to it. look for the floating panel and hit F on it? then when that opens you can hold G to change the icon and mission to another mission usually a manhunt (yellow arrow pointing down) and run it to get the comms from that season

I noticed that when creating a second character, I can no longer find any audio or video in the open world. It's all simply gone.

I tried searching to see if there's any way to make these collectibles reappear organically in the open world, but from what I found, apparently there isn't that option. What I saw is that only creating another Ubisoft account would "reset" these collectibles.

Is that really true? Is there any alternative to recover or play these audios and videos without having to create a new account?

collectibles are account shared and not per character, you can play them (I think) in the Progression tab in the menu (Esc Menu)

This game used to be a cover shooter. Nowadays it turned into a cover shooter for enemies only. While the super division agent holds both arms out of cover to shoot and doesn't hit anything, the enemies sit in cover, point their weapon half a pixel above the cover and hit with godlike aim. Not to mention they can sit out fire, explosions and all in cover while the player just needs to be coughed at and stumbles like 5m out of cover. It's ridiculous and it's getting worse every other patch.

Not as far as I know. When you are in party, the leaders session is usually active. Basically, his world state. Thats why when you leave or in my case get kicked, the game will ask you if you want your session back.

i forget who i watched, but someone did an item comparison between solo retalations and solo queuing countdown and think they said they're pretty evenly matched. it's just the time you take to get a retaliation that slows you down

be it staying in DC and running 1 of the 3 strongholds (DUA/Capital/Roosevelt) to get 100 retaliations on the 3 factions

DC, NY and Brooklyn has a masks of the hunters you managed to kill and collect their mask. 8 in all 3 cities so 24 total. brooklyn being the easiest to do (can solo them) DC and New York are tougher as some have some puzzles you have to complete while it's dark out and finish before day light comes

You can also physically shoot your teammates with it as well and it'll give you your sticky back in 3s. Also allowing you to purge Bluescreen stacks
