DPS means Damage per Second. It's common in all games that utilise character building.

It's king in this game, trying to stay alive is futile in higher difficulties as enemies deal too much damage too fast. The faster they die, they less damage you take.

Tanks don't really have a place in 99% of content as the enemies will attack the player dealing the most damage.

You can just start with the 2nd if you want. Main thing youd be missing is like worldbuilding and character histories but it wouldn’t affect playing very much

Like there’s a story that can be pretty interesting but it’s not like some complex narrative where you’ll be totally lost in the 2nd. It starts its own story more or less

DZs are active. Loot isn’t very exclusive anymore though. You’ll have a vastly easier time getting the same stuff from named item caches and the like.

You cannot change Core Attributes on weapons, but you can Reconfigure it to have higher stats to the cost of a random Third Attribute.

Plus you can just optimize that slot.

Has anyone else noticed that winter keys don't drop from mobs contrary to what really high levels are bragging about with getting hundreds of keys in a few hours without killing krampus? So far, about 24hrs of gameplay over 3 days, lvl 366 and solo, and ive only gotten 7 keys from 35 of the gift boxes, probably 100 of the krampus lackeys, and 1 very, very lucky krampus kill out of about 15 tries. I've been trying all the tips I can find from youtube channels saying its easy to get hundreds of keys in just a few hours, but that hasn't been my experience. We're the drop rates nerfed after these people bragged about it?

keys are only dropped from the named krampus enemies and the krampus itself

regular enemies never dropped

they were probably calling the enemies in the krampus bounty mobs

you might wanna check the id:customize to update your plataform and use the LFG if you want to find more bounties

Okay do me a favour, next time you're on, go to a Safe House, then start the Krampus Bounty in "Downtown East".Run through the entire thing, start to finish. Screenshot it if you see an enemy that has a faction key in their loot.

The idea of the bounty is to farm enough where you don't really have time to pick up the loot, so try clearning it a few times with the 🧀 method, and then checking afterwards.

There is literally no reason to get a "good" build unless you want to save time. Dark Zone in D2 is just bad and non existant / irrelevant, so being stronger there doesnt matter too.

Yes, you can. If you inventory is maxed at 150 they drop on the ground. Then make sapce for them and once you add them in it gives you the SHARE option. I have given all the top exotics to people in my gorup.

Guys how do I play the EB? Just got it but I’ve just been using it like any other AR

Pretty much all it is. It is a nice AR, extra mag and better stats. Gets more accurate as you shoot. Getting a headshot kills will proc the talent giving you (i think) 15 seconds of damage reduction. At the end of 15 seconds you take any reduced damage. Getting up to 3 kills while the talent is active will negate any reduced damage you would take. More kills also increase the damage reduction up to (i think) 70% or 80%. So basically it is just a good AR with the potential to let you tank a bit if you can get a headshot kill. Just be warned as if you don't get the 3 kills the after damage can kill you.

Generally i think it sees more use in PVP over PVE since stuff like the elmos exists.

It is fun for solo stuff though. I like to throw it on my striker build from time to time.

• Complete story missions up to Roosevelt Island.
• Reach Level 30.
• Select a SPECIALISATION.
• Complete Capitol Building.
• Complete each of the Invaded Strongholds (District Union Arena, Roosevelt Island, Capitol Building).
• Finish the Gatehouse Facility, then Tidal Basin.

• Once you complete Tidal Basin, you can take the helicopter to NY without auto-completing any remaining side missions.

If you wish to get the most out of the story in The Division 2, avoid using the boost. Instead, follow the story through to Tidal Basin, then:

• Complete Manning National Zoo.
• Complete Camp White Oak.
• Complete the Pentagon Breach, The Pentagon and DARPA Research Labs missions.
• Complete the Coney Island Ballpark and Coney Island Amusement Park missions.
• If it's available: Complete Kenly College.
• Use the pilot in the garden to the left of the White House (as you face the main entrance) to head to New York!

That just means the server you're on will reboot and you'll be redirected to another one. Can also be a bug and nothing happens. But it generally doesn't interrupt your gaming

I’ve opened over 50 gear chests now and no lex but I’ve gotten everything else. Maybe because I don’t have the legging on unlocked yet it’s a lower drop chance

when 5x xp event meets claiming journey mission 6,7,and 8 rewards while in the open world and you need to open over 70 field proficiency caches that dropped on the ground 🤪 (mission 8 alone rewards 8.75 million xp)

read them to see what faction you need to fight, even then their drop chances aren't 100%

Unfortunately, it’s spread out between the 3 main factions. 1 TS 2 OC and 4 Hyenas

yeah you gotta fight those, and pay attention to whether they drop from kill squad or completion

The description all states that it’s from defending territories. So I will only know at the end of the whole run?

that means it's completion yep, and they're only 50% on heroic so you'll be grinding a fair bit
