The key is to stay away from the point for a second or two so they can push into the area to start up infighting.

Heck, I made sure to deal with the majority of the advancing Yeens on their way to the point on the second half— the other half of the wave was busy with tackling the Krampus goon squad just outside the point.

Deal with the closest tangoes and then let the others duke it out before ya rattle ‘em.

Nah I'd agree and I haven't had a chance to play it yet. The devs elaborating on the 1m keys donation being platform specific and @ 330k was a good call. And I've been seeing loads of reports people are drowning in raid exotics rn. Seems like this event is making everyone happy

330k for all 3 platforms is easily doable. Console will likely hit their goal first. PC will likely hit theirs last. I would contribute to the keys event but I won't have free time until Saturday 😔

Odd, id recommend force restarting the game from fresh. The countdown servers are normally centralised to the US for all players anyway. Ive seen this happen before but normally its a case of seeing the error about it taking too long to access your save file

Technically, the krampus bounty mission is one of the best for grinding anything, since if the region is targeted for xyz, you'll get it for every krampuslauf you kill, since they're named enemies!

You just got to level 40? That means your tables are probably just getting filled in— you should focus on farming a starter build for yourself while farming the bounty, playing on normal means the loot will be subpar but the squads will be easier to take down

I’ve playing on Hard with a buddy tonight, for better chances of getting bounties/keys, plus we get a fair fight- normal is too easy/challenging is too much for just the two of us—

so the loots been nothing but free mats for me.

Good rule of thumb, tackle any squads you can both just before and right after completing Krampus’s proper bounty, they’ll always show up seconds after you confirm the kill.

Ignore the loot you get dropped by the big man and his goons, make sure you have Quickstep equipped and book it back to the same alley you showed up at to start the bounty.

Conflict is the place to go for pvp as it only counts your overall build stats and not your watch benefits. Umbra, to no surprise, is king there too

TIP FOR THOSE THAT DON'T "YET" KNOW ~ Put the game on normal (the key drop rate is the same on all difficulties) and farm the keys without killing the "Big Boy" - take over the CP closest to the bounty for a FT point, you might want to kill "Big Boy" the first time for the mask (you also get a key on completion) I just hit the first two bounty levels then pop myself and restart the same bounty ~ I found it more consistent (for me at least) to travel to DZ south main entrance and run around the corner to the little road called "Driveway" to come across a Krampus gang coming out of the manhole, I've got plenty of bounties and a few keys after killing them all, (although that area doesn't produce the same amount of Krampus gangs for my bud as it does for me) Good luck 😉

Whilst this isn't the place to dig into the choice of charity - 200 million dollars donated to them since 1980, meanwhile people with cancer and their families suffer financial, emotional and mental burdens because of it and yet no game out there seems to like the idea of sending money to charities that help these people. There's no point doing a raid currently as the winter caches have an 8% chance at a very rare exotic and EB is included in them

And the farm can be done solo. Raids require 8 people

this isnt really the place for this sorta convo but a few things to note is labs havent "been doing the same thing for 40 years" and science is incredibly expensive (coming from a med biochem UG)

You can lower your world difficulty, check the common "loot goblin" spawns for Krampuslauf to spawn but they generally spawn every roughly 10 minutes anywhere near you.

Its a percentage chance for the bounties to drop. The next time you get one i recommend you power thru the krampuslauf and keep the krampus himself alive. Let him kill you, respawn and set the bounty up again and youll be able to farm them for the keys. Krampus himself gives a guaranteed key on bounty completion, however the odds of dropping a key from the plethora of minions before reaching him is higher.

Fast travel to spots like Jefferson trade mission and run to the street, DZ south main entrance, final ephiany outside the west exit. These are the ones I get them to spawn the most from.

Technically you only need one bounty. Get rid of all minions but leave Krampus alive. Unalive yourself or let Krampus get you, rinse and repeat

Additionally, on eliminating the krampuslauf there is seemingly a 10 minute cooldown for them to respawn.

It helps to conquer the Fallen Cranes control point because you can respawn there and don't have to run very far to get to the bounty

I mostly take over Fallen Cranes Control point as I will fast travel over there closer to Bounty Kramp than I take over Entire Control Point in EAST MALL (includes Metro Ruins, Sinkhole, Solar Farm, Crash Site) I fast travel to Metro Ruins they spawn Kramp every 10 mins once you log in than log out to switch between my 4 characters (MAKE SURE each CHARACTER HAS QUICKSTEP (Pistol)) and rotate between them .. and if 10 mins are not up just do 2 bounties depending on how fast you complete you always guarantee 1 key for each bounty completion and extra keys rng (but you ain't wrong bounties not spawning much on certain times)

Its a first time for me seeing someone sabotaging so im still baffled and glad I was running Refractor so I could observe the whole thing @delicate wasp
They solo VIP the moment we spawn in (VIP dies)
Did not help in combat/mission, just run, hide and collect loot
Shoots gas can and prop tank near teammates (i was a victim twice)
Shoots Flare while we were fighting Hunters with 2+ minutes on the timer
We had to bail while there were at least 2 Hunters left and a freaking army
