ninjabike is a direct nerf, as stated. its best as a pvp item as most backpack talents are for specific uses or just has no usage in general when TTK is too low right now

even using vigi talent is better but the downside is you lose a lot of damage in pvp when shot or damaged even once. most use the ninjabike umbra setup because its what kills the fastest rn

So if a level 40 joins you, all enemies will be buffed to level 40 and you'll be shooting spit balls at them.

GCRock discord server is a very handy tool for finding raiders to play with. Destiny 2 has probably the worst raid mechanics out of any game I've seen. Division raids have some roles that are needed but for the most part they're a DPS check

Most raids are just 7 DPS and 1 healer. Iron Horse is the one exception. Dark Hours + Incursion is the same. Except incursion is 4 man and not 8 man

@dusky oak It's best to think of Exotics in div2 as equal tier to gold/gearset, not above them.
It all depends on the build, you don't actually need to put one in to make a build amazing.

e.g. if you removed catharsis, and had say, a ceska+grupo piece, you'd be stronger overall.

You have to make sure that you're able to build stacks and keep them active when using Striker.
if your primary gun can't keep them active (e.g. by using a secondary to build them up) then you might have to swap out what you're using, or maybe an entirely different build.

so for example: if I'm using a big slow LMG as my main gun, a zippy smg for my secondary will be able to build, but the LMG can't maintain the stacks.

It seems dull, but I'd recommend you take a look at the striker build guide in the spreadsheet, and experiment from that as a base.

houndsman outfit was free to obtain. then after the event ended, they threw it right into the store at like $25 USD. chances are, theyll do the same thing for Krampus outfit, regardless if we reach the 1 million keys or not. this game doesnt have the playerbase for it let alone not counting the holidays and people having lives and families and work. also @kind veldt no, they didnt say it will count across every platform. we can only hope it will. if it doesnt, the PC playerbase is screwed

at most this game sees maybe 4-5k players peak time. average say around 2k on pc

5,142 peak steam players * 10 keys = ~51.5k (atm) and usually that doesn't say something about how many players logged in that day, it's just the amount of players online at the same time
now The Division 2 joined Steam pretty late, most of the Div2 player base probably still uses only Ubisoft Connect

and idk about console numbers, but with 30 keys in mind it doesn't sound undo-able, usually they take data from previous events and calculate a fair goal

from raids/incursions eb, rav and ouro can be a completion reward (final chest) so it would make sense to have them as the rarer rewards from the event caches since they're 'less rare/prestigious'. regulus requires a whole project chain and the possibility of circumventing it with the caches just doesnt sit right with me since it should be a 'journey' per se to get regulus

shd level should never be used as an indication of skill or a measure of players ability. there are easy farms and occasionally glitches to get shd levels fast

higher shd levels are probably-likely to be cheated, glitched or a mix of both

You are right Pablo there has been an issue with FPS OR LAG IN THE GAME FOR A WAIL NOW. I run through UBISOFT CONNECT and turn off the Overlay which improved and reduced lay heaps.

I farmed next to the choke control point, got all pieces in about 20 minutes. The drop rate is rather high

and yes, there is a pistol which does the same thing for a few seconds, but you need to shoot a single target like 5 times and you cannot just pull multiple targets at once
