if it's not listed there then you're probably better off focusing random drop sources (eg priority objetives with exotic rewards) or getting the crafting blueprint from retaliation

Turmoil splits your damage in half, applies half to what you're shooting. Usually the second half is applied to a random nearby enemy but if you're shooting an armoured plate or there's no other enemies nearby then that second half is applied to the same target as the first half (which effectively means you do full damage, but it still appears on screen as two separate numbers)

hit countdown, try to get 4 pieces of striker: backpack, gloves, holster and kneepads. For masks, you wanted to try to get coyote, but if you cant, get grupo/ceska with chc/chd. For chest you wanted to get ceska/grupo with chc chd with obliterate as the talent. Aim for at least 50 chc, dump the rest of the stat into chd.

do that, and you're pretty much set for any activity in the game.

Your build is probably at least part of the problem if you can't beat him, but you may not need to.
The tiny hounds themselves I'm pretty sure can drop the Quickstep too, so you may be able to farm them for it.

sadly, the hounds drop nothing. their only option is to play the bounty and hope it drops from the cache you get from completing it. and the cache that drops it is the one that bugs out and gives you the lowest stat % (satan roll)

it says in the description of the bounty that all the loot the enemies dropped during the event will no longer drop after the event is done. but it does still reward you the event cache that drops the pistol... just the pistol will be at its lowest stats, not normal like in the Halloween 25 caches

rivens also has a point there too. but there is no AR build that can 1 tap you. umbra however can hit stupidly hard and have you dead within 2 or 3 shots depending on the build

theres spots in conflict that you can glitch into the enemy spawn as well as full shoot thru walls. plus desync can make it seem like youve been one tapped
