Are you farming the ones that spawn where the loot goblin does? I had about a 20% chance of getting a bounty in the 50 or so dogs I farmed. Not a huge sample size, but it seemed to be consistent and matched with what several of my clan members experienced as well.

I'm unsure if the random ones you find elsewhere actually give bounties or not, so I can't comment on that. I do know for a fact the ones at the loot goblin spawn points do and it doesn't take 30+ kills.

I'd say it's possible to get a cold streak or two. I know I ran into one for a stretch when I swapped down to normal difficulty since it was just a faster run.
You can have the bounty on multiple difficulties too.

I had a friend a long time ago who spoke about "abusing the enemy AI" and how easy it is. then I thought about how glass cannon makes you super squishy and how div is a bullet sponge. and I realized the grand divide imo.. is prob people who read ai mechanics and directly counter them. while the other players... don't. so all red and gc etc, doesnt work the same. just thoughts.

Got to say, this whole event is great for farming named items to donate to expertise.
Get hold of one Houndsman bounty, start it, go clear the first area with 5 mini-hounds (Nego makes this easy). Loot, then run west until you get the 'bounty target lost' message. Then reactivate the bounty and repeat. Much faster tha n jumping around trying to farm the mini hounds one at time.

There are two guaranteed caches dropped from the completion of the bounty/elimination of the houndsman. One of the caches will give you atleast one piece of the set.

You can random matchmake for a bounty in hopes others are doing them or you can use a video guide on where to find more warhounds. Remember that killing them has a chance to get a bounty so youll have to kill a few to likely get one. Its based on your own luck i guess.

it is an it isnt. elmos has consistency at most ranges. it also has periodic cc. bighorn however, outside of a close quarter combat (10m or less) your looking at a loss of dps over say elmo etc. the forced range makes it impractical for higher diffculty such as lego. also its deals next to no dmg to skill proxy and/or dogs and/or "objective" items. a crit bh, if you enjoy bh like I do is WAY more optimal, but even I understand this is a dps loss and there are actively higher dps options. elmo cough

even after god know how many hours I have with bh, I only hit 80% hs in a mission when not try harding hs. 80% is a big dip, if thats your entire strat.

you need to reach the 100% agitation in a district, by doing control points, activities, bounties or main missions, then you can activate from map - retaliation if any of them is red (100%)

Headhunter is binary Can you oneshot? Yes or no? So higher damager isn't always better like typical dps builds. If you play solo or have high expertise you can lower your oneshot damage and get faster firing/big ass mag with other MMR.

for the trap and sticky bomb, ive gone around and collected shd tech but nowhere is there skill points to actually unlock them.

I started with white death and R700 and moved to SR1 - better mechanics. But the big game changer for snipers is the Handbasket. It hits a little less than the SR1 (1.2M vs 1.3M at lvl 30 w NO buffs) but it is the only hard hitting sniper that does not come off scope between shots. Even if you roll up with no stacks and don't 1 tap an elite on heroic, because you stay in the scope it is super easy to get the 2nd head shot for the kill. It is a total gamechanger for managing door spawns etc. It is a seasonal item and is dropping at the houndsman. Strongly suggest anyone that hasn't tried it to get one now. Been using it since last Easter and it's awesome.

incoming repairs does exactly what skill repair does but for you only. an example would be if a healer were to heal you and you had 100% incoming repairs the heal to you would be stronger then the heal to someone without it
