Rat queen is nasty. I did it on hard mode solo for story follow purpose and no rushing. Have a tank build pure armor and crap DPS using Scorpio. Was fairly easy. Just use cover a lot and as @tender wave said, use cover to cover, and at don't kill all enemies, leave one alive, that way more enemies won't spawn.

Named enemies in Bounties give a key each, also, in the sewers below a Riker area, you can find white boxes on the wall that contain 1 key each.
They reset daily, same time as the Daily Projects+Control Point supply chests..
