Be aware that having it dropped means if you have the blueprint and have shared BP's across other chars you can't craft it anymore. It also won't be in your loot pool either. Better to just do the quest

So for example if you have 4 characters and all of them have shared blueprints, and you get it to drop from a cache on 1 and go to buy the reconfig blueprint, it locks you out of quests. As well as being able to get a dupe to drop from loot pool. Also, @lapis grotto , more than 1 char will be essential at some point. Raids are a huge example

It won't drop for you at all if you haven't got the crafting blueprint from the quest, it's only if you get someone else to share one with you that it locks you out (doesn't add it to your loot pool)

Because buying the reconfig blueprint if you get Nemesis to drop locks you out of it being in your loot pool on all other characters if you buy the shared blueprints

Or, if it drops from the extended pass caches

It's best to do the quest on a character you most play on so it's in your loot pool. If you ever need a dupe for another character, just farm on the character you most play with. Saves you lots of time in the long run just doing the quest

Okay figured it out what's going on I think. There are several enemy spawn phases as the boss's HP is decreased and if we use high power shot and kill the boss instantly the phases are cancelled sometimes, when it happens the boss dies but the phases are not over yet so mission can't be completed. So use ARs or something and let the waves happen slowly and finish them. Don't use sniper rifle or something like it.
