Manhunt Difficulty has Master mode, Legendary is a very specific difficulty that can't just be slapped on another Mission, the White Tusk AI has to have specifically crafted spawns.
If you're looking at Manhunt and seeing Legendary difficulty: it's a visual glitch.

Okay I got some more info on it and it might be a visual bug. Apperently when you switch to manhunt then back to regular mission it shows but it bricks the mission mode toggle

The national bond armory has some method for very fast completions but you need a group and specific approach which I'm not clear on. Generally just run open world activities and CPs with lots of directives and you'll gain xp pretty quickly.

each one contacts the server when its opened and freshly generates the loot on the spot, so 10's of thousands of players opening 20 at once would cause chaos.

still experimenting with it; the base damage is pretty good; once you get the stacks it's effectively a large box mag lmg.....am not completely sold on it but I like it so far.
My current experiment is using it with 3 brazos to get that +50% mag bonus. With max Pahkan stacks you get something crazy like 270 rounds

Yeah you do. Thing is I was doing this mission I reached the door and I interacted with it and during the cutscene the game booted me back to the title screen because server error. Ever since then I try to interact with the door again and nothing happens

That doesn't sound like the sort of problem we can help with. You could try Ubisoft support, but the quickest workaround is probably to just boost a new character to NY and transfer your items to them through the stash.

I fixed it I’m a genius. What I did was I walked around I walked outside the building and saw that you can leave the orange zone on the map. It said get back to the objective area or whatever and started a countdown. Black screen boom objective failed. The whole mission restarted when we’re outside trying to get through the gate. Now it’s working :p
