My bro and I on PC have had the same issue, typically what resolves it is restarting the PC completely and opening the game back up. Not entirely sure what causes it unfortunately, just know a restart works to clear up that laggy stutter.

Bit of a glaze post incoming:
Just started playing again yesterday having not played since the game came out. I have a character I completed the campaign with back then that is level 30 but decided to start a new agent to replay the story and I've been blown away multiple times by the graphics. The mission through the museum is visually stunning, getting to the vietnam war section I found myself wanting to stop and read the signs as if I was actually there lol. Then the part in the planetarium I stayed and watched the whole thing after finishing the fight.

I'm super excited to get into the end game now and try out all the cool stuff. Got my eyes on St Elmo's Engine for my first target.

FML. ive created a new char. played/boosting trough the missions(Not used the boost so i could enjoy the side missions at max lvl) At 33 i decide to go to NY for the free exp on first mission. that ends up me beeing boosted even tho im past 30 and all side missions are gone...

To get to NY you have to play base game through to Capitol building, then all invaded strongholds up to tidal basin. If you go any time before you've done all that, it'll count as a boost

if you get an exotic while playing with someone else when you got it, then you can share it

the Sharpshooter spec does have a flashbang grenade, which is as close as you can get right now.

One feature I think would be interesting for div2, if incredibly hard to balance, would be "skill combos". Like, be able to use the oxidiser on a stinger hive, but the catch is that you don't get access to a 2nd skill.
